I want to ask a question, why is the mountain on the other side of Dayi called He Mingshan?
The name of Hemingshan was first seen in Wei Zhi, and the three countries called Hemingshan Ghost Mountain.

Why did it get its name? According to the survey, there are three theories:

1 mountain elephant crane.

Hemingshan Mountain is high and beautiful, with complete crane shapes. Hongyan Mountain is the picture displayed by the crane tail, and the Guanzi Mountain below is the crane tail, which is blocked by the sun and the forest gas. Slightly known as Daping Mountain, the top is flat, which is the back of a crane. The whole mountain is the body of a crane. There are many caves on the mountain, which are unfathomable. Dayi County Records: "There are twenty-four holes in the mountain, which should be twenty-four. Every time a hole is opened in the weather, the rest are blocked. " "Guang Yu Ji" says: "There are 72 points, which should be 72 points. If there is a stone crane in the cave, the fairy will come out. " It refers to these caves. The highest point of Daping Mountain, commonly known as Laoguanding, has a wide area. At the foot of the mountain, there is a narrow flat dam, which is the neck of a crane. Shifeng stands out in front of Pingba, which is the top of crane. Taiqing Palace is above, serving Lao Zi, which is the Qing Palace above in the past, also called Hemingguan. Cliffs on both sides, east-west flow under the rock, shaped like a city, called Tiancheng in ancient times. Taiqing Palace goes down the steps to Wenchang Palace and then to Sanguan Hall, which is the crane mouth. At the intersection of the east and west streams in front of the Sanguan Temple, there is a red stone standing in the middle of the river, which is called "Crane with Danshu". There is a strange peak on the left of Tianzhu Peak, a Liu Xian peak on the right, and two peaks on the left and right, just like the shoulders of a crane. Spread from the two surrounding peaks, each winding for more than ten miles, with more stone bones and mysterious ribs, becoming the wings of cranes. Whenever the rain clears, looking up at He Mingshan is really like a crane, stretching its neck to attract springs, spreading its wings and falling to the ground. The towering skyscrapers are lush and inspiring, and the eyebrows are opened. Lingshan is more charming and well-deserved.

Zhang Jingxian, Governor of Meishan, Yingtian, Jiajing of Ming Dynasty, annotated He Mingguan's viewing platform: "He Mingshan is named after its ups and downs and looks like a crane." "Dayi County Records" contains Zhang Shenwu and other articles: "There are mountains in the north of the city and famous cranes. It has a body, neck, head, wings and mouth. It looks like a flying crane, hence the name. "

Two alpine Tibetan stone cranes

Sichuan Tongzhi: "The mountain is like an urn, and there are stone cranes, hence the name". Mindeiro Hong Xian wrote in "Guang Yu Tu": "There are stone cranes in Heming Cave, and when they sing, the immortals will go. Yesterday, as a son, I practiced here, and the stone crane rang; Zhang Han Daoling is immortal here, and stone cranes sing again; Zhang Ming Sanfeng speaks and Shihe sings. " . Yu Yin, commander-in-chief of the Qing God in the Ming Dynasty, and Song Zai, commander-in-chief of the Qing City, have the same records. During the Republic of China, villagers dug up a stone behind Wenchang Palace Temple, which looked like a crane bird. Mouth, head, wings, tail, feet and neck, but the feet are not separated. Taigong Fu was overjoyed to see this scene. When he saw it, it looked like it was carved by hand, so it was not processed. He took care of the original and put it in Wenchang Palace Garden for visitors to watch. It is called "natural stone crane".

3 Taishan ground crane

Crane has been an auspicious thing in Taoism since ancient times, and it is a symbol of ascending to heaven and becoming immortal. In historical documents and legends, immortals ride and raise cranes. According to legend, Li Jue, the descendant of Lao Dan, a hermit, lived in seclusion in this mountain, with cranes as his companions, playing chess and realizing the Tao. He Mingshan was named after hearing that heming was under the mountain. Liang Liying wrote in Yi Zhou Ji: "There are often hundreds of cranes swimming in He Mingshan". Ming Yi named "Ancient Poems of Hemingshan": "Tree Old Zeng Qi Crane". During the Republic of China, there were a pair of horse cranes on the treetops in front of Taiqing Palace and Yingxian Pavilion. I don't know since when, the head, back, wings and tail are all pure black as paint, and purple and green in the sun. In the evening, I go to the shallows to eat fish. At the end of the Republic of China, the social order was chaotic, and bandits used to shoot people, and they never disappeared again. According to the ancient and modern notes of the provincial newspaper: "A thousand-year-old crane turns white and two thousand years old is black, so-called Xuanhe is also". As mentioned earlier, because the wings of the crane have turned black, the crane is not a thing of hundreds of years. The local old people have also seen cranes here.
