From 65438 to 1930s, Belgian statisticians first studied the relationship between the crime phenomenon in capitalist society and the social conditions such as age, gender, race, occupation, economy, geographical location, season and climate, and pointed out that the occurrence and elimination, increase and decrease, and types of crimes were all affected by the social environment, and put forward the theory of social causes of crimes. He believes that society itself is pregnant with the embryo of crime, and any society will inevitably produce a certain number of criminal acts. Influenced by this view, German criminologist F von Liszt, Italian criminologist E Ferry and other scholars who hold the theory of social causes of crime formed a school of criminal society which occupies an important position in the history of criminal law thoughts at the end of 19 and the beginning of the 20th century, and established and developed criminal sociology. The book Sociology of Crime was published in Fei Li 1884, which marked the formation of sociology of crime. 19 In the 1990s, the Institute of Criminal Society established the International Society of Criminal Law.
Since the 20th century, sociology of crime has developed further. In this process, general sociology, social aggression psychology, marriage and family sociology and other theories have played an important role. Sociology of crime has become an active interdisciplinary research field integrating criminology, sociology, psychology, biology and other disciplines. At present, criminal sociologists have strengthened international exchanges and comparative studies.
