Shuijiahu is Shuihu Town. Shuihu Town belongs to Changfeng County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and is the Chengguan Town of Changfeng County, also known as "Shuijiahu". Located in the northernmost part of Hefei, the provincial capital, it is adjacent to Dingyuan Luqiao Town in the east, Zuodian and Luotang Township in the south, Cao An in Huainan in the west and Kongdian in Huainan in the north. Shuihu Town is the political, information, cultural, educational and economic center of the county.
Shuijiahu Town was originally named Shuijiahu, which was named after the surname of most residents. When Changfeng established the county system in 1965, it once considered setting the county seat in Xiatang market town. However, at that time, the drought in Xiatang was serious and the water source was insufficient, so the county seat was located in Shuijiahu. Later, because it is located between Wabu Lake and Gaotang Lake, the county seat is gradually called Shuijiahu. At that time, the town was located at the intersection of Huainan Railway and National Highway 206, with convenient transportation.
The most famous scenic spot in Changfeng county
The Intangible Heritage Park is located in Wolong Mountain Natural Ecological Scenic Area in the north of Hefei, 7.6 kilometers away from the city center/kloc-0. Ancient sites, relics, temples and other cultural landscapes are scattered among them, and various animal and plant resources are abundant in the scenic area.
Built in the intangible heritage park, China's largest Ming and Qing ancient buildings-Ming and Qing Garden, moved 32 Ming and Qing buildings into the park, and tourists seemed to travel through time and space and return to a thousand years ago. The non-legacy garden coexists harmoniously with the natural environment such as Wolong Mountain natural ecological scenic spot, urban forest park and botanical garden, and complements each other, forming a "U-shaped ecological corridor" in the north of Hefei, forming a unique tourism ecological spectacle of "connecting the five lakes".
