Content introduction:

Most of the contents in the book are reflections on the formulas, laws and rules of the dogmatic model of the former Soviet Union, which is very enlightening to the history of the Soviet Union and the practice of socialist construction in the Soviet Union. It can be used as a reference for China historians and their enthusiasts, and it can also promote China's reform and opening up on a large scale.

All the articles included in this book, except the first one, were written after the Cultural Revolution. "forty without confusion"! I didn't begin to understand some events in the history of the Soviet Union until I was in my forties. Before the history of the Soviet Union, I started the process of "not being confused" and wrote some articles to dispel doubts. This is naturally due to our various "movements", especially the "Cultural Revolution". They opened my eyes and thoughts and made me seriously think about what I had learned in the past. Only through this "revolution" can we truly understand the consequences of Stalin's theory of "sharpening class struggle". Only after experiencing this "revolution" will we reflect on the formulas, laws and rules of Stalin's model that we once regarded as the "golden rule".

I can only say that I was "not confused at first" because the process is not over yet. Although I am ashamed to say that I have passed the "know life" and even entered the "obedient" year, the process of not being confused is still in progress. The 72-day Paris Commune has provided many research topics for future generations, and the legacy and lessons left by the Soviet socialist experiment for more than 70 years can be said to be inexhaustible for our generation of scholars. The declassification and publication of a large number of files hidden in the secret room for a long time also forces us to re-examine many events and make new evaluations.
