Clinical research methods of Shexiang Kangshuan Pill in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (cerebral thrombosis): There were 297 patients, all of whom met the standards formulated by the Internal Medicine Branch of the All-China Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, namely "Diagnostic and Evaluation Criteria of Stroke in Traditional Chinese Medicine" and "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine (Trial)". Treatment group 197 cases, including male 132 cases, female 65 cases, age 6 1-70 years old, 160 cases, 7 1 year old, 37 cases, course 10 days-. Control group 100 cases, including 67 males and 33 females, 93 cases of 6 1-70 years old, 7 cases of 7 1 year old, 13 cases, and the course of disease 10 days -2 years. The two groups are basically the same and comparable. In the observation group, 0.2g of Shexiang Kangshuan Pill was taken orally, each time 14 capsules, each time in the morning and evening, with warm water. The control group was treated with routine clinical drugs. Three months is 1 course, and continuous treatment is 2-3 courses. After the course of treatment, the curative effect can be analyzed and summarized, and all other drugs and therapies related to the treatment of this disease will be stopped during the observation period. Results: It can be seen that 1 year is the best in the treatment group, followed by 1 year or more. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P ﹤ 0.05). In addition, it can be seen that the main symptoms of the treatment group are fatigue, limb pain, dizziness, language disorder, mouth-eye deviation and hemiplegia. The change order of main symptoms in the control group was the same as before, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.
