Del Piero became famous as a teenager and was once considered as roberto baggio's successor. Del Piero entered the youth training system of Padua team at the age of 14. After four years of training, he was promoted to the first team, during which he was selected into Italian youth teams at all levels below 18 for many times. 1993, Del Piero was called into Juventus by trapattoni as a striker, and also qualified for the front waist position. Del Piero played for the Bianconeri for 19 seasons, played 705 games for Juventus, scored 290 goals and assisted 143 times, becoming the best striker in Juventus history. In 2006, Del Piero won the World Cup in Germany on behalf of the Italian national team.
