Bailongjiang Qilinsi Hydropower Station is located on the main stream of Bailongjiang River in Zhongmiao Township, Wenxian County, Gansu Province. The designed installed capacity of the power station is1110,000 kilowatts, and the designed annual power generation is 447.7 million kwh, with a total investment of 925.4 million yuan. The first unit is scheduled to be put into operation in May 2008.
