Article 2 With the aim of "funding public welfare culture, promoting cultural innovation, cultivating cultural talents, promoting cultural exchanges, and devoting to the prosperity and development of Henan's cultural undertakings", the Association actively seeks donations from the government, domestic and foreign organizations and people from all walks of life.
Article 3 Donations shall follow the principles of legality, voluntariness and free of charge, and the Association will reward active donors when necessary.
Article 4 The Association encourages domestic and foreign natural persons, legal persons or other organizations to actively contribute to the prosperity of cultural undertakings.
Article 5 The property donated by the donor to this Association may be funds, physical objects or intellectual property rights, and the donated property must be legal property that the donor has the right to dispose of.
Article 6 Donations may be made in the following ways:
(1) General donation: donations made by donors without specific conditions will be managed by the Association in accordance with the Measures for Fund Management of Nanyang Cultural Development Foundation.
(2) Specific donation: Donors who donate certain property may put forward specific donation conditions or set up special funds. The management of special funds shall be implemented in accordance with the measures for the management of special funds of this Association.
Article 7 The Association shall go through the donation procedures in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and strictly implement the handover, custody and financial system of donated property.
Article 8 The fund-raising work of this Association shall be conducted in accordance with the following procedures:
(1) As the donee, the Association signed a donation agreement with the donor;
(two) to handle the handover of donated property, including the legal registration of property rights transfer;
(3) Donations above a certain amount can be notarized with the consent of both parties;
(four) the association issued a legal certificate to the donor;
(5) The Association issues certificates to donors;
(six) according to the situation, the association will give some rewards to donors;
(7) The Association will register the donated property.
Anonymous donations will be registered directly by the association.
Article 9 A donation agreement shall include the following contents: the name, quantity, quality and value of the donated property; Time limit, place and method of performing the agreement; Dispute settlement method and other terms agreed by both parties.
Article 10 The ownership of the property donated by the donor to the Association belongs to the Association, and the Association will use it rationally in accordance with the articles of association and the donation agreement.
Article 11 Any dispute between the donor and the association on donation matters shall be handled in accordance with the donation agreement and relevant laws and regulations.
