Xibin is the revolutionary center of eastern Fujian, where Ye Fei, Tao Zhu, Ceng Zhi and other revolutionaries of the older generation led the armed struggle. Bai Zhuyang is known as "Yan 'an in the east of Fujian", which integrates red culture, local sage culture, religious culture, architectural culture and leisure culture. Baizhu fuchsin scenic spot is listed as one of the key red scenic spots in Fujian Province 15. There are well-preserved former sites of the main leading organs such as the Mindong Special Committee, the Soviet government, the Women's Working Group and the Youth League, as well as well-preserved ancient houses, the ancestral hall of Zheng Huchen, one of the three sages of Fu 'an, a loyal minister in the Southern Song Dynasty (inscribed by celebrities such as Wen Tianxiang, Fan Guangzong and Zhang Weiran), and Nanshan Village in Chairman Mao's article "Lessons from Middle Farmers' Cooperatives and Poor Farmers' Cooperatives in Fu 'an County". Shifeng Temple, a thousand-year-old temple built in the Tang Dynasty, has many famous temples, such as Xingyun Temple, Fuquan Temple, Qiaotou Temple and Hongzhi, as well as Shili Ecological Green Bamboo Corridor, Qianyangxi Natural Bathroom and Thousand-acre Grape Sightseeing Garden.
