I. Guiding ideology

According to the actual situation of our school, we follow the teaching management concept of "teacher-oriented, subject development, scientific research and harmonious development". Learn the new curriculum standards of politics, history and geography, deepen the understanding of the new curriculum, and strive to explore scientific and suitable teaching methods for students. Implement and standardize the routine work of education and teaching, carry out in-depth research on the classroom reform of "question-guided learning and topic inquiry (QS)", strive to improve the classroom teaching level of teachers, improve the teaching quality of politics, history and geography, improve students' problem-solving ability and cultivate students' good behavior habits. Actively promote teaching reform, strive to create high-quality and efficient classroom teaching, carry forward the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, and strive to explore and innovate, so as to make the work of teaching and research groups reach a new level.

Second, the work objectives

1. Solve the problems in the teaching materials of politics, history and geography, focusing on the excavation of the teaching materials, including the understanding of the depth of the teaching materials, the handling of the problems of presupposition and generation, and the design of the starting point of the problems.

Third, the content of school-based teaching and research

1. seminar. Change the form of school-based teaching and research activities from the original evaluation of classes and lectures to research. Before class, in the process of preparing lessons collectively and designing guiding cases, we should study the program design of the classroom, the excavation of the depth of teaching materials and the preset key links. In class, teachers, as observers of classroom teaching, participate in teaching activities and collect information to improve classroom teaching. After class, the teaching teacher and the observation teacher discuss and communicate on teaching procedures, textbook handling and problem design. According to the characteristics of this group, teaching and research activities are divided and combined. This group is divided into three groups, namely, the teachers of the Student Affairs Office of the Four-Grade Group (Sun, Yu,), the teachers of the History Group (Hao Lianlong,,) and the teachers of the Geography Group (Xiao Jing, Bi, Sun Aili) know how to attend classes and how deep the textbook knowledge should be mastered through research, so as to truly play a collective role.

2. Special research. Advocate the research concept of "problem is subject, teaching is research, and growth is achievement". Realize the integration of thematic research and scientific research in teaching and research work, and highlight the purpose, pertinence and effectiveness of research. This semester, I will carry out the research on the following micro-topics.

3. Explore the role of online teaching and research.
