First, the nature and tasks of the course.
This course is a main specialized course of tourism service and management major in secondary vocational schools.
Its main task is to introduce the emergence and development of travel and tourism phenomenon and its relationship with social economy, cultural development and natural environment, and analyze the basic elements of tourism activities and tourism industry and their relationships, so as to reveal the basic laws of tourism activities and serve for understanding China's tourism principles and policies and developing tourism.
