Huangshan Mountain in Anhui Province: Xiushan Xiushui Taiping Lake
Taiping Lake is located in huangshan district, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, with Huangshan Mountain in the south. It is an artificial reservoir in the upper reaches of Qingyi River. 20 14 12, Anhui Taiping Lake National Wetland Park became the first national wetland park in Anhui.

Taiping Lake is 48 kilometers long from east to west, 6 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 88 square kilometers at its narrowest point of only 150 meters. The lake is blue and clear, just like a sparkling emerald, embedded in green mountains and forests. The average depth of the lake is 40 meters and the height is about 70 meters. The lake is dotted with islands of different sizes and heights. They are scattered and floating in the waves thousands of miles away, as if they were fairy mountains on the sea.

Taiping Hunan, 30 kilometers away from the north gate of Huangshan Mountain, is known as "couple of Huangshan Mountain" and enjoys the reputation of "Jade of China", "Pearl of the World" and "Oriental Geneva Lake". Wang Su, a famous poet, praised Taiping Lake: "Tianchi Lake is not so kind, Taihu Lake is not so deep, Three Gorges is not so green, Lijiang River is not so foggy, Fuchun is not so cold, Chinese calligraphy is not so open-minded, Qianlong is not so pleasant, and Jiangnan is not so watery."
