Xuzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise that was restructured from the former Xuzhou Mining Bureau with the approval of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in May, 1998. It is the main body of state-owned assets investment authorized by the provincial government and has a history of 120 years of coal mining. It is an important coal production base in Jiangsu Province and East China. Headquartered in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, it is now a large enterprise group managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.
