Who invented massage cupping?
1 Bian Que massage was invented by Bian Que. The following is a detailed introduction: real name, also known as Dr. Lu. According to research, he was born in the 19th year of Wei Liezhou (407 BC) and died in the 5th year of Yunwang (3 10 BC). Why is he called "Bian Que"? This is his nickname. The origin of the nickname may be related to the saying that "Lingque is auspicious" in Bird's Tale. Because doctors treat patients and save lives, they bring them happiness wherever they go, just like flying magpies, they bring them good news wherever they fly. Therefore, the ancients used to call those doctors with superb medical skills Bian Que. In the long-term medical practice, Qin Yueren studied hard, summed up the experience of his predecessors and made bold innovations to become a knowledgeable and skilled doctor. He traveled all over the country and sincerely relieved the people's pain, which was widely respected and welcomed by the people. Therefore, people also addressed him as Bian Que.

Bian Que is good at using four diagnostic methods, especially pulse and observation, to diagnose diseases. Biography of Historical Records of Cang Gong recorded two medical records related to him: one was to diagnose Zhao Zijian's disease by pulse diagnosis, and the other was to diagnose Qi Huanhou's disease by inquiry.

On one occasion, he went to the State of Jin (now Shanxi, Hebei and Henan) and met Zhao Jianzi, the minister of the State of Jin, who had been in a coma for five days because he was "busy with state affairs". The doctor (official name) was so scared that they called Bian Que for treatment. Bian Que felt his pulse and walked out of the room. Someone asked about the illness and looked very anxious. Bian Que said to him calmly, "The patient's pulse is beating as usual, so you don't have to make a fuss! Within three days, he will recover. " Sure enough, two and a half days later, Zhao Jianzi woke up. It is Bian Que's initiative to accurately diagnose diseases by pulse-taking. Sima Qian, a famous historian, once spoke highly of it: "So far, the person who said this sentence is Bian Que." Fan Wenlan, a modern historian, also said that Bian Que was "the founder of pulse diagnosis".

On another occasion, when he passed by Linzi, the capital of Qi State, he met the monarch of Qi State. Seeing Hou's pale face, he decided that he was ill, so he said bluntly, "You are a skin and bones disease, and if you don't treat it quickly, it will get worse." Huan Hou disagreed and said, I'm not sick. "Bian Que saw that he didn't listen to advice and went away. At this time, Huan Hou said to the people around him: "All doctors are greedy for fame and fortune. They don't have the technology, so they treat people who are not sick as patients to show off their skills and use their effectiveness. " Five days later, Bian Que came to see Jihuanhou again. After observing it, he said to Qi Huanhou, "Your illness has reached the blood, and it will get worse if you don't treat it. Huan Hou was very unhappy and didn't take Bian Que's words to heart. Five days later, Bian Que came to see Jihuanhou again. After careful observation, he said to him seriously: "Your illness enters between the stomach and intestines, and it will be hopeless without treatment!" Qi Huan Hou was very angry, but of course he ignored it. When Bian Que came to see Huan Hou for the fourth time, he took only one look and hurried away. Hou found himself ignored, so he sent someone to ask. Bian Que said: "The disease is on the surface of the skin and can be cured by ironing with soup;" "When the disease enters the bloodstream, acupuncture can cure it; If you are sick to your stomach, you can cure it with wine. Now that Qi Huanhou's illness has penetrated into the bone marrow, there is no cure, so I have to avoid it. " Five days later, Hou was very ill and sent for treatment. At that time, he had fled the state of Qi, and Hou died soon because he missed the opportunity to treat him. As early as more than 2400 years ago, you can see the location and development of the disease from Hou's expression, which is not simple. Therefore, Zhang Zhongjing, a famous physician in the Han Dynasty, praised the Jedi and said, "I can't help sighing for his talent and ability when I read Yue's diagnosis and look at Hou's complexion."

Bian Que is not only good at pulse diagnosis and observation, but also good at using acupuncture, massage, ironing, stone removal, surgery and decoction to treat various diseases. On one occasion, he and his disciples Ziyang, Zibao and others passed by the State of Guo. Prince Guo happened to be ill, very ill. People thought he was dead. To this end, large-scale prayer activities are being held all over the country, putting aside all state affairs. Bian Que found the middle concubine (the prince's attendant) and asked, "What happened to the prince?" The concubines replied, "The prince is evil. I couldn't get rid of evil spirits and suddenly fainted and died! " Bian Que learned more about the prince's illness and confidently said to his concubines, "Go in and inform Guo Jun that I can save the prince! However, the concubines did not believe that Bian Que could "come back to life" and refused to report it. Moreover, they laughed at Bian Que and said, "You don't have the skill of an ancient famous doctor, but you say you can save the prince. Even an ignorant baby will know that you are a liar!" Bian Que said angrily, "You see the sky from a bamboo tube. To tell you the truth, I, Qin Yueren, can tell the location of the disease without waiting to feel the pulse, see the color, listen to the sound and check the patient's form. If you don't believe me, try to see the prince. His ears should ring, his nose should flap, and it should be warm from his thighs to his genitals. " Hearing this, the bastard was dumbfounded. Because Bian Que has never seen the prince, but through repeated inquiries, he knows the condition of the prince like the back of his hand and speaks clearly, which shows that he is very capable and cannot be underestimated. That bastard had to go in and report. When Bi Jun learned the news, he was taken aback and quickly came out to meet Bian Que, saying, "I have heard a lot about your name, but I haven't had a chance to meet you; Teacher Wang passed by my small country, but thanks to his initiative to help, it was my luck! With the help of her husband, her son can live; Without Mr. Wang's help, he had to bury the body in the ravine. " Said, "runny nose is long", crying so sad. Bian Que told Guo Jun that the prince suffered from "corpse syncope" (similar to shock or suspended animation today). So, Bian Que asked disciple Ziyang to grind the needle stone and put a needle in Baihui point, which was sunken in the center of the prince's head. After a while, the prince woke up. Then under the threat of the prince, disciple Zi Bao was asked to do medicine ironing therapy. Soon, the prince can sit up. After another 20 days, Prince Guo recovered. Since then, everyone knows that Bian Que has the art of "bringing back the dead". But he said realistically, not that he could save the dead, but that the patient didn't really die at all. He just used proper treatment to save the prince's life.

Cupping is a unique therapeutic method, which has been circulated among the people in China for a long time. Commonly known as cupping to absorb phlegm, Compendium of Materia Medica calls it cupping gas, and Authentic Surgery calls it cupping method. In ancient times, it was mostly used for surgical carbuncle. At first, it was not a jar, but a horn tube with a small hole was used to suck pus in the affected area, so it was named "horn method" in some ancient books. The earliest written record of cupping therapy is The Elbow Queen written by Ge Hong in Jin Dynasty from 28/kloc-0 to 36 1. Later, the horn tube was gradually replaced by bamboo pot, pottery pot and glass pot, and the scope of treatment also expanded from early surgical carbuncle to rheumatic pain, back muscle strain, headache, asthma, abdominal pain, traumatic congestion, common rheumatic cold and various pains. Cupping is a kind of hyperemia therapy, which uses heat to exhaust the air in the jar to form negative pressure, so that the jar can be tightly sucked at the treatment site, resulting in hyperemia, thus producing therapeutic effect. China people call it blood stasis therapy. Because this method is simple and effective, it has been used so far in folk dynasties and has never failed. Even some foreigners are interested. Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy in China. I believe many people, especially middle-aged and elderly people, will not be unfamiliar with it, because it is simple, convenient and easy to operate, and was once regarded as an important daily treatment method by ordinary people. How to use cupping safely and effectively at home, we interviewed experts such as Diao Benshu, a famous provincial Chinese medicine practitioner. Cupping is a common name for cupping therapy, also called "extubation" or "straw". It is a therapeutic method to exhaust the air in the tank by heating, so that it can be sucked on the skin under negative pressure, resulting in blood stasis. This therapy can dispel cold and dampness, dredge channels and collaterals, remove blood stasis, promote circulation of qi and blood circulation, relieve swelling and pain, remove toxin and clear heat, and has the functions of regulating the balance of yin and yang, eliminating fatigue and strengthening the body, thus achieving the purpose of strengthening the body resistance, eliminating pathogenic factors and treating diseases. So many diseases can be treated by cupping therapy. For example, when people reach middle age, muscle soreness is very common. According to the interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine, it is mostly rheumatism. When cupping, the cupping mouth can cover the affected part, which can slowly suck out the water in the focus and promote local blood circulation at the same time, so as to achieve the purpose of relieving pain and restoring function, thus treating rheumatism, joint pain, muscle soreness and other discomfort. Cupping can promote qi and blood circulation, dispel wind and cold, reduce swelling and relieve pain, so it has a certain therapeutic effect on lumbar muscle strain and lumbar disc herniation. Teacher Diao also introduced that cupping can also be used on human acupoints to treat headache, dizziness, eye swelling, cough, asthma, abdominal pain and other diseases, and cupping can be performed many times at the same time. How to operate at home experts remind: Since it is a professional treatment, cupping is certainly not simple. If you cupping yourself at home regardless of the willy-nilly, it is easy to cause danger, and there are many cupping accidents in life. If you apply acupuncture points at will, it will sometimes backfire. First of all, pay attention to material selection. Bamboo tube for traditional Chinese medicine. If you can't find it, you can use glass bottles and ceramic cups, but the mouth must be thick and smooth, so as not to hurt the flesh because the mouth of the cupping jar is too thin. The bottom is preferably a wide semicircle. Before cupping, the can should be washed and dried, and then the patient should lie down or sit comfortably, exposing the part to be cupped, and then ignite the can. When igniting, you usually hold the jar in one hand and the lighted probe in the other. The operation should be quick. After shaking the ignited probe in the jar several times, take it out and quickly put the jar on the part to be processed. When the fire is still burning, cover the altar mouth tightly on the affected area, and don't wait for the fire to go out, otherwise it will be too loose to suck out moisture. It's good to have the jar mouth tightly sucked on your body. Be careful not to heat the edge of the jar mouth to avoid scalding. Generally, it takes 15-20 minutes to open the tank. When taking it, don't forcibly pull the can, don't pull it hard, and turn it. The key point of action is that one hand tilts the can to one side, and the other hand presses the skin, so that air enters the can through the gap, and the can naturally leaves the skin. You can also use the pot method. Moving cans means that after the cans are covered, hold the cans with one hand or two hands, gently lift them, and push and pull the cans to move on the patient's skin. You can move in one direction or back and forth. This has been dealt with in several parts. Pay attention to applying some lubricants, such as glycerin, paraffin oil, scraping oil, etc. when moving cans to prevent skin injury when moving cans.
