There are 9 land laws in Jinggangshan, about 1500 words, which mainly stipulate the scope and ownership of confiscated land, the quantity and regional standards of allocated land, and the collection and control of land tax. In this land law, the most revolutionary provision is to confiscate the land of landlords and rich peasants and distribute it to poor peasants. This provision broke the feudal landlord system and realized the public ownership of land, which became the basic law of agrarian revolution in China.
The promulgation of Jinggangshan land law is of great historical significance. It was the first land law formulated under the leadership of China, which reflected China's determination and courage to carry out the agrarian revolution and effectively promoted the development process of the peasant liberation struggle in China. Since then, under the leadership of China, a number of land laws and regulations have been formulated and implemented one after another, which completely changed the feudal land system in rural areas of China, enabled farmers to truly own land, and laid the foundation for agricultural development and rural socialist construction in China.
