What historical period does the Spring and Autumn Period belong to?
Spring and Autumn Period, referred to as "Spring and Autumn Period", was named after Confucius revised Spring and Autumn Period. It belongs to the first half of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty and refers to the period from 770 BC to 476 BC. Since the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, the Zhou Dynasty has weakened from strong to weak, the royal family has gradually declined, the power has fallen, the vassal States have conquered each other, and wars have been frequent. Small vassal States were annexed one after another, and powerful vassal States were unified in some areas.

During the Spring and Autumn Period, the kingship of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty existed in name only, and the real power was in the hands of powerful princes, who fought for hegemony for more than 200 years.

With the coexistence of the seven chivalrous men and the gradual arrival of the era of mutual hegemony, the history of China has entered the Warring States period. The Spring and Autumn Period is the disintegration period of our slave society.

During the Spring and Autumn Period, some big vassal states fought a series of annexation wars for land, population and domination over other vassal states. Whoever wins will hold a vassal state meeting to force everyone to admit his "overlord" status. The five vassal States established their hegemony, which was called "Five Overlords in the Spring and Autumn Period" in history.
