There are mountains and water, livable civilization, has always been the pride of Changde people. Perhaps more outsiders know Changde because of the vastness of Peach Blossom Garden or Liuye Lake.

In fact, there is another mountain, Sun Mountain, which is also unique. It may not be known to outsiders, but it is a forest garden and a place where Changde people often set foot for leisure and fitness.

"On the Hanshan Mountain next to the Qin People's Creek, thousands of trees were towering in June, written in Tang Xiu's poetry collection. The old monk wants to draw pictures. " This was written by Zhou Bida, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, when he visited Sun Mountain in Changde.

The main peak of Sun Mountain in Changde City is the last peak of Wuling Mountain extending eastward, adjacent to Liuye Lake, the first lake in China City.

" This passage has four meanings: first, according to his textual research on local chronicles, it is confirmed that the original name of this mountain is Yangshan; Second, people here have long worshipped the God of Yangshan. Third, it is called Liangshan, because Han Song Liang is worthy of Yangshan Temple. In particular, Yang realized that even if culpable of punishment, it is unfounded to call him a Liangshan hero.

Since the Eastern Han Dynasty, there have been many temples and Taoist temples around Sun Mountain, including more than 30 famous ones, such as Bailu Temple, Lianggong Temple, Yangshan Temple, xingguo temple Temple, Lingquan Temple and Chongqing Temple. In its heyday, incense was extremely strong.
