The origin of jujube wine is generally believed to be brewed by Bai Di people during the Warring States Period. In addition to worshipping Yidi (Yidi was a woman in the ancient Yu period and is said to be a winemaker). "Shiben" notes: "Yi Di started wine, changed five flavors, and made less bran") In order to flaunt the good jujube wine brewed by himself, everyone told the legendary story of "Thousand Days Wine" and "Yunmeng Good Wine".
In ancient times, Zhongshan people brewed a "thousand-day wine" in the west. After drinking, people were drunk for thousands of days. An alcoholic named Xuan Shi didn't believe it, so he asked Dixie for a glass of wine. Deasy said, "My wine is not ripe yet. I'd better wait until it is ripe." . Xuan Shi refused to obey Dixie, who had no choice but to give him a drink. Xuan Shi wanted to have a few drinks, but Dixie suggested that he drink it another day. Xuan Shi left unhappily. Xuan Shi went home, but he soon fainted. Somehow, the family thought he was dead and buried him after crying. Three years later, Dixie estimated that Xuan Shi wine should wake up and find his home. Seeing that Xuan Shi was not there, he asked, "Where is Xuan Shi? We are friends and he invited me to drink. " The family thought it was strange and told him that Xuan Shi had been dead for three years. Deasy said in surprise, "How could you die? You get drunk after drinking my thousand-day wine! Dig him out quickly. " The family didn't know whether it was true or not, so they brought grave digging tools to Xuan Shi cemetery to dig graves. After the coffin was opened, I saw Xuan Shi's eyes slightly open, stretching and yawning, and said, "This wine is ok, which made me sleep well. Is it time for lunch? " ? Everyone couldn't help laughing when they saw it. Who knows when they laugh, they breathe in the alcohol exhaled by Xuan Shi, and they all lie down. It was three months before they woke up one by one.
Jujube wine was commonly known as "jujube wood wine" in the Tang Dynasty, and its origin is also quite legendary. According to legend, in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, the heroine Liu Jinding was king in Yunmeng Mountain (also known as Aoyushan and Shuang Suoshan, located in the northwest mountainous area of Xingtang County). Gao Junbao, the general of Song Dynasty, was ordered to escort the grain and grass to Yanmenguan. He passed by this mountain and was stopped by foot soldiers to leave the grain and grass behind. Shanzhai foot soldiers beat Song Jun with jujube poles, but Song Bing could not defeat them, so they reported to Jinding quickly. Liu Jinding knew that General Song's martial arts skills were high, and unless he outsmarted him, it would be difficult to win. He personally went down the mountain to make amends to General Song and let Song Bing rest in the cottage. Junbao didn't know that this was a plan to go up the mountain with Jinding. Jinding hosted a banquet with jujube wine brewed by the cottage. When Song Jun saw that Jinding was so hospitable, he was completely unprepared and everyone was as drunk as a fiddler. When I wake up, I will be tied up one by one. It is said that "jujube pole" is spread among the people in this way.
According to historical records, "Guo Ziyi and Li Guangbi returned to Changshan, and Shi Siming withdrew tens of thousands. Ziyi's choice of Xiaoqi is more challenging. Three days later, when I arrived in Tang, the thief was tired. " (Zi Zhi Tong Jian, Volume 2 18, Tang Ji 34). In April of the 15th year of Tang Tianbao (AD 756), Guo Ziyi led the troops to help Li Guangbi, the deputy envoy of Hedong, to enter Hebei from Jingxing (now Hebei), to join forces with Li Guangbi in Changshan (now Zhengding), and to defeat Shi Siming, a colleague of An Lushan (now Zhengding). All the way to Shi Siming near Yuboling (now Dingzhou, Hebei). Shi Siming assembled people to hold on, and Tang Jun besieged the city for ten days. In May, Guo Ziyi and Li Guangbi withdrew from Changshan, and Shi Siming led tens of thousands of troops to follow. Guo Ziyi selected 500 Xiaoqi soldiers and seduced them while walking in turn. So stop-and-go, stop-and-go, and arrived in Xingtang three days later. The rebels were exhausted and had to retreat. Guo Ziyi took the opportunity to fight back and defeated Shi Siming in Shahe. People in the Tang Dynasty welcomed them and presented jujube wine that had been treasured for many years to reward Guo Ziyi soldiers. When An Lushan learned that Hebei was defeated, he ordered Cai Xide, a general who fled from Hebei to Luoyang, to ride twenty thousand troops to save Shi Siming. And life john young shoujiang NiuTingJun sent john young county soldiers more than ten thousand people south, cooperate with Shi Siming to attack Tang Jun, Shi Siming furled scattered foot soldiers, joint reinforcements more than fifty thousand people, including ten thousand elite cavalry gongs and Tuluo River. Guo Ziyi and Li Guangbi entered Hengyang (now Quyang, Hebei Province), and Shi Siming led the others to follow. Guo Ziyi ordered deep trenches and high bases, instead of facing the rebels directly, he used fatigue tactics. Guard when thieves come, and chase when thieves go. Throwing its weight around during the day and attacking the thief camp at night made the rebels busy, unable to rest and exhausted. On May 29th, Guo Ziyi and Li Guangbi led the troops out of the city and fought Shi Siming in Jiashan. Tang Jun swept the board, beheading 40,000 people, capturing more than 1,000 people and 5,000 horses. Recover more than ten counties in Hebei, cut off the traffic behind An Junjun, and curb its westward advance, thus improving the situation in Hebei. Shi Siming fell off his horse in the chaos, dressed barefoot, dragged his broken gun, fled back to the barracks in a mess, and then fled to Boling. This is the famous "Battle of Jiashan" in history.
Since Jiashan defeated Shi Siming, Guo Ziyi has been fascinated by jujube wine in the Tang Dynasty. Later, jujube wine followed Guo Shuai and made great achievements, until the official residence was one product, which lasted for four dynasties. From then on, officials in the imperial court drank this wine, and the jujube wine in the Tang Dynasty left a good reputation of "one product, one product".
