2 Yamama dough twists
A dumpling with stuffing. It is named after the shape of a mother duck wandering on the water. This is a snack of the Lantern Festival, so it is commonly known as Yuanxiao.

Different from zongzi in other places, the most famous zongzi in Chaoshan is the brown ball of Malao Palace. In the early stage of zongzi production, sweet stuffing and salty stuffing were used. Sweet stuffing is mainly composed of fake bean paste (brown sugar added after coffee grounds are boiled) and wax gourd slices. The salty part has a big pig's head and gills (about the size of a palm). Because the materials were large enough to meet the requirements of the people at that time, they were very popular. The Chaoshan proverb "Mother Gong Zongqiu-You'll know when you eat" (meaning you won't know the taste until you taste something) comes from this.
5 caitouguo
Also known as radish cake. Simple preparation, low cost and delicious taste. Vegetable head is the common name of radish, and vegetable head pot is a kind of local rice cake in Chaoshan, which is steamed by every household during the New Year.
6 beef balls (highly recommended)
As a famous Chaoshan snack, beef balls have a history of nearly a hundred years in Shantou. Beef balls can be divided into beef balls and beef tendon balls. Beef balls taste tender and smooth.
