From Long Island Port to Heishizui
Welcome, ladies and gentlemen: We have arrived at the Long Island Scenic Area. Welcome to Long Island for sightseeing! Our itinerary is a full tour of Long Island Scenic Area, mainly visiting Jiuzhangya, Crescent Bay, Wang Fu Reef, geological museum, Xianjing Garden, Fengshan and Linhai. Now the bus has set off from Long Island Port to the north, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach Jiuzhang Cliff. Let me give you an overview of Long Island.
Overview of Long Island Long Island is known as the "fairy mountain on the sea", which is called "fairy mountain on the sea" in the ancient book Shan Hai Jing. Bai Juyi, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, once endowed Long Island with the most beautiful and magical natural beauty with the poem "Listen to the strange island in the sea, which is invisible" in Song of Everlasting Sorrow. Fairy novels such as The Mirror Flower Garden and The Journey to the West describe Long Island as a paradise beyond the mortal world, adding mystery to Long Island. The ancient poem "Once accompanied Penghu Fairy" made Long Island known as "Penglai, Yingzhou and Abbot". Therefore, "Penglai Fairy Island" has become another name for Long Island with a long history.
The full name of Long Island is Changshan Islands, also known as miaodao islands, or Long Island for short. 1956 Jianxian County, which belongs to Yantai City. Because Miaodao Xianying Palace is famous all over the world, it has been embedded in the international version of the map in the name of Miaodao Islands since the Qing Dynasty. Long Island is located at the intersection of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, between Jiaodong Peninsula and Liaodong Peninsula. It is connected to Penglai in Jiaodong in the south, Lushun in Liaoning in the north, Korea and Japan in the east and Beijing and Tianjin in the west. It is the only island county in Shandong Province. Long Island is one of the top ten most beautiful islands in China, with rich cultural and natural landscapes. In 2007, it was rated as a strong tourist county in China by the National Tourism Administration. There are 32 islands in the county, with a sea area of 8,700 square kilometers, an island land area of 56 square kilometers, and a coastline of 146 kilometers, which governs 2 towns and 6 townships and has a population of 50,000, and is distributed on 10 inhabited islands. The island where we are now located is Nanchangshan Island, with a land area of 12.8 square kilometers, governing 1 1 administrative villages and a population of 17000 people. It is the seat of the county Committee and the political, economic and cultural center of Changdao County.
Fishing village dialect Changdao dialect has a strong marine flavor and island characteristics. We will soon arrive at the village of "Hei (He) Shizui (Thief)", which is a local dialect. "Black" is called "black" in our Long Island dialect, and "mouth" is called "mouth" in our Long Island dialect. In daily life, the accent of residents of Nanwudao Island in Long Island is similar to that of Penglai and Longkou people, and the dialect of Beiwudao Island is similar to that of Changhai County in Liaoning Province. Adjectives, in particular, are not only rich, specific and appropriate, but also expressive. For example: sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, salty and fresh, called: burnt acid, sweet in the west, bitter, dead spicy, raw salty and fresh; Fat, thin, thick, thin, big and small are all called: big fat, thin, old, small, boss, not at all. Verbs and nouns are more vivid. For example, soap is called "Ziyi"; Weak, called "shrimp stare blankly"; Too late, called "not chasing"; Dry mouth, called "mouth blocking"; Not clean. It's called "Leda". As the saying goes, "there are different sounds in ten miles", and the seven-level dialect in Beidao is very typical and representative. For example, "who", but people on the island say "spoon". "Leave it there", but people on Loki Island say "Leave it at the door".
Changdao dialect directly reflects local customs and habits, and language taboos are very obvious in daily life. If the glassware is broken, it is called "laughter"; If jiaozi cooks it, it is called "earning"; If you sail, it is called "palm canopy"; If the anchor is broken, it is called "feeding the cat", which fully embodies the islanders' desire to pray for good luck, ward off evil spirits and yearn for peace and wealth.
Look at Heishizui village on your left. This row of neat small buildings is Heishizui Village, a famous fisherman's folk culture tourist village in Long Island. It is named after a black rock reef in the northwest of the village, which looks like a bird's beak. The whole village 188 households with more than 500 villagers. There are 26 "Yujiale" business households in the village, 2 3A-level demonstration households, with more than 600 beds, receiving tourists 1 10,000 person-times. Village-level "Yujiale" tourism management service center relies on the advantages of island tourism resources to build a brand of "folk tourism culture village" and carry out colorful entertainment activities. Combined with the construction of "garden-style fishing village", it has invested more than 6 million yuan to transform the old village, further improving the appearance of the village and greatly enhancing the carrier function of the development of "fisherman's music". In 2007, the village was selected as the first Fisherman's Music Demonstration Village. Wang Chang, secretary of the village committee, is one of the top ten outstanding young people in the county and an advanced individual who respects teachers and values education.
Fisherman's Music Long Island Fisherman's Music, with its lively form, colorful content, unique new image and strong "popularity", has created a promising landscape for Long Island tourism in recent years. Since the establishment of 1999, there have been 14 "Yujiale" villages like Heishizui Village in the county, with 600 households and more than 0/0000 beds. In particular, CCTV's "Oriental Time and Space" program broadcast the "Fisherman's Music Ambassador" in Long Island, which caused great repercussions throughout the country, and there were an endless stream of tourists who went to Long Island just for fisherman's music.
Fisherman's music features Fisherman's music is really distinctive. Its attraction is to let tourists really integrate into the island fishing village, live in the fisherman's clean yard, sleep on the fisherman's warm kang and eat the rich seafood on the fisherman's round table. On Long Island, fishermen's wives are famous for their hard work and hospitality, and they are especially good at cooking authentic fisherman's meals, such as Spanish mackerel jiaozi, handmade noodles, salted fish cakes and fresh fish noodles, which are not only nutritious, but also delicious. Then open the delicious old wine and face all kinds of seafood that make your mouth water. The smell of the sea rolls into your arms like waves. If the boatman works at sea, he can go out to sea with the boatman after dinner, and take part in crab cages and trawling activities in his spare time. He can also take the harvested crabs, scallops, oysters, small fish and shrimp back to the fisherman's sister-in-law for processing, or let her teach you how to do it, participate in the fisherman's sister-in-law's cooking project, and experience a real holiday break.
Heishizui Village to Lanhai Dam
Legend in Jade Street Dear friends, although Long Island is composed of 32 islands, only the north and south Changshan Islands can be opened to traffic, and all other islands need to take a boat. It is this sea dam that connects the North and South Changshan Islands. After this dam, it is North Changshan Island. This seawall was originally called Emerald Street. "Geography of Penglai" records: "The north and south long mountains are five miles apart, all the way through more than 20 feet, all of which are Zhuyan Jade Street". People also call it "one-night street". There is a local story: According to legend, during the Tang Dynasty, Li Shimin, the king of the Tang Dynasty, was sent to Korea, and his beloved general Wei Chijingde was stationed on Changshan Island in the north and south. The next day, Emperor Taizong received an urgent call saying that Wei Chijingde was seriously ill. Emperor Taizong was in a hurry and wanted to visit by ferry, but the boat couldn't cross the sea. King Tang sighed in Tianchang: "I hate the love of heaven, but I can't find a way to explore love, and I can't find a boat." Worried that he could not sleep, he actually had a dream. At night, he dreamed that a white dragon sounded its horn to make room for water, and suddenly it became a white jade street lying between the two islands. It's really effective to come here at dawn to watch. Because it was formed overnight, Emerald Street is also called "one-night street".
Yushi Street was originally a natural island dam, which was formed by gravel accumulation. In the early stage, there was water flowing through the dam, and with the rise and fall of the tide, it was in the shape of "broken wire", which was a typical marine landform. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, residents of Changshan Island in the north and south had to cross the river by boat. From 1957 to 1960, it took local soldiers and civilians three years to build a seawall 1500 meters long and 3 meters above the water surface, which not only blocked the sea and waves, but also became the only traffic artery in Changshan Island.
Dear friends of Miaodaotang, Miaodaotang is located on the west side of Emerald Street. Miaodaotang is an ancient port outside Dengzhou, also known as sea lake and sea pasture. This is the golden breeding ground of Long Island. You can see that Na Pianhai, which is near the sea, is a sea cucumber planted on the bottom of the sea, and a scallop cage is hung under the floating ball in the water, mainly for cultivating scallops. The scale and quality advantages of abalone, scallop and kelp culture in Long Island are the best in China. Due to the numerous surrounding islands, the arches around the pond have become semi-closed harbors. Whenever the sea is white and empty, the ripples in the Miaodao pool move slightly, as Ouyang Xiu said in his poem: "When there is no wind, the glass on the water surface slides, the boat moves, ripples slightly, and the sand birds fly ashore in fright." Miaodaotang is 5000 meters long from north to south and 3000 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of about 15 square kilometers. It can be described as a good shelter from the wind and a good anchorage. "The Records of Dengzhou Prefecture" records: "Ships from north to south going to and from Korea, Japan and Dagu are all moored here, and hundreds of them are added to Sheung Shui." Miaodao Tangnan is connected with Dengzhou Waterway, and reaches Changshan Waterway, Pearl Waterway and Baotamen Waterway in the north. Free access, extending in all directions, famous for drinking waves.
Miaodao is the largest island in the sea area before Miaodao, and the Xianying Palace is located here, with a history of 886 years. Miaodao Fairy Shadow Palace was built in the fourth year of Xuanhe in the Northern Song Dynasty (A.D. 1 122). In the first year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty, Yang Guodong, the left governor of Shandong Province, extended it on a large scale, and it was named after the temple "Xianying Palace" given by Emperor Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty. Emperor Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty also gave a "miraculous and auspicious" tablet, which is the earliest, largest and most influential Mazu Tempel in the north. As we all know, Mazu is from the south, surnamed Lin and named Mo. In our country, Mazu is also called the goddess of the sea. Historically, Long Island was once the hub of north-south maritime transportation and the only place for water transportation. It is also the center of Mazu belief and spread in the coastal areas of China, and directly spread to Japan and the Korean Peninsula. Mazu in China has a long history of love, and Mazu in northern China, represented by Mazu in Long Island, occupies a very important position in Mazu culture in the world. For thousands of years, Mazu in Long Island has given lights to protect the waves, and the spirit of protecting oil tankers has been widely read at home and abroad.
The local people especially believe in Mazu. Every year on the 15th day of the first month, Mazu birthday celebrations and other festivals, Mazu is worshipped in different ways. As long as they make a wish and make sure it works, the incense burns here. Therefore, believers who come to the island to worship Mazu are all over the world. After being blessed, people are more pious to Mazu. (according to time selection)
(1) On the afternoon of March 1995, a strong wind broke out in the Bohai Strait with a gust of nine. Zhang Mingfeng, Zhang Mingding and Qi, employees of the third farm in Zhenzhongcun, who went to work in the sea, shook the number "3- 1". At the same time, a red light appeared at the bow, swaying from side to side, and the ship followed the light smoothly. After dawn, the ship reached the shore safely. In order to thank Mazu for his kindness, he made a model ship and sent it to Xianying Palace, and donated merits.
(2) This year's magical effect makes Mazu in Long Island shine. On May 5, 2002 (the 23rd day of the third lunar month), Mazu was born at 10 in the morning. More than 30,000 believers at home and abroad gathered here to make sacrifices, and the believers witnessed the magic of the radiant and colorful solar halo in the sky. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, another red-crowned crane flew to the Fairy Shadow Palace, hovering for a long time, which made people pious and fragrant. For a time, the story of Mazu's appearance in Long Island spread all over the world, and believers at home and abroad regarded it as the greatest blessing to go to Long Island to worship Mazu.
(3) Especially during the "Long Island Chinese Mazu Culture Festival" in 2007, the Central Meteorological Observatory predicted that there would be rain in Liaodong Peninsula and Jiaodong Peninsula, and 13 Typhoon "Weipa" would approach the Bohai Strait quickly. In order to run this festival well, the Changdao county government and more than 4,000 staff members have invested heavily in three months. Prepare and rehearse Mazu parade, folk street, festival opening ceremony, Bashu dance, Mazu sea sacrifice performance and large-scale literary evening. On June 5438+08, in case of heavy rain, cultural activities will not be held. 18 At 4 o'clock in the afternoon of September, it was stormy in North Island and Dalian, and it rained heavily in Penglai and Longkou, which are separated from the south of Long Island by a water, and the sky in Long Island was overcast. At this moment, many media and Mazu believers at home and abroad are looking forward to it. Focusing on this, 1000 guests are looking forward to seeing the unique Mazu culture in Long Island. The leaders of the planning group and the people on the island were preoccupied, looking up at the sky, and involuntarily praying silently: Mazu bless! ! Sure enough, a miracle appeared. From 4 pm on September 18 to the afternoon of 19 1 1, various cultural activities such as Mazu parade, folk street-stepping, festival opening ceremony, Bashu dance, Mazu sea-worship performance, and large-scale cultural evening were carried out as scheduled. It has been raining in the sky on Long Island, but it hasn't come down. It's God's will, Mazu. Holy spirit. People are convinced that all this is Mazu's manifestation in the sky, and once again lament the spirituality blessed by Poseidon. They all take a boat to the Temple Island Fairy Shadow Palace to burn incense and worship, praying that Poseidon will always bring good luck and well-being to the world.
(4) On February 28th, 2008, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Mazu statue in Xianying Palace of Long Island was held in Phoenix Mountain of Miaodao. At the groundbreaking ceremony, more than 300 people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, including Ye Xiaowen, director of the State Bureau of Religious Affairs, Wang Fuqing, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office, and Lin Shuniang, vice chairman of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, were invited to perform traditional ritual activities under the auspices of Ren Farong, president of the Chinese Taoist Association. At 9 o'clock, another magical aura appeared in the sky.
(5) Similar legends and stories are numerous and increasing day by day. Among boatmen and fishermen, they have been talking more and more from generation to generation. On the island of Changshan Archipelago, there are many old people who can vividly tell the true story that they were rescued by the queen, prayed for their loved ones, and were sheltered by the queen and escaped safely in those shipwrecks. From the sail era to the machine sail era, a word "God" supports the courage of the people who broke the sea; The word "rescue" burns the spark of Mazu spirit and is passed down from generation to generation, permeating the fishermen's bone marrow and melting into the fishermen's blood. There is a proverb on the island: "From the ruins, the next generation will be the last generation". Since the 1970s, the heroic Changyu No.7 has risked his life to rescue the fishermen's brothers in Changhai County 16. On February 22nd, 2003, the soldiers and civilians in Long Island rescued 8 1 passenger victims of the passenger ship "Liaolvdu No.7" and the sunken ship 17 in Long Island waters under extremely harsh conditions. Especially in the "2.22" shipwreck rescue in 2003, with the full cooperation of fishing boats and military vessels, and the joint efforts of land, sea and Qi Xin, thousands of soldiers and civilians on Ji Yun Island risked being swallowed up by huge waves, and with the spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice, they simply took 8/kloc-0 lives from the jaws of tigers, creating an unprecedented rescue story, showing the selfless sacrifice spirit of small boats to save big ships, and reappearing Mazu's "peace, care and care"
It is the vivid charm of Mazu in Long Island from ancient times to the present that makes Miaodao stand out. Since the temple was built in the palace, after generations of repairs, boatmen from all over the world and fishermen from all directions have enshrined the goddess Poseidon, and the incense has lasted for nearly a thousand years. Mazu Tempel (Xianying Palace) on Long Island has established perennial contact with more than 30 Mazu Tempel or Mazu cultural groups at home and abroad, such as Meizhou Ancestral Temple and Taiwan Province Beigang Chaotian Palace, and carried out frequent interactive exchanges. In 2002, 2004 and 2006, he visited Taiwan Province at the invitation of the board of directors of Taiwan Province Beigang Chaotian Palace. On June 5438+1October1October, 2002, a statue of Mazu with black face and gold foil was dedicated to Miaodao Xianying Palace in Taiwan Province Beigang, and a grand opening ceremony was held in Miaodao Xianying Palace. In the same year125 October, 165438+ Miaodao Xianying Palace returned the 880-year-old bronze statue of Mazu, phoenix crown, sedan chair and colored soil to the Chaotian Palace in Beigang, Taiwan Province Province. Lien Chan, former honorary chairman of the Kuomintang of China, and James Soong, former chairman of the People First Party, wrote inscriptions for Mazu Tempel (Xianying Palace) on Long Island, respectively: "Virtue is a welcome place" and "Respect for the four seas and happiness for the people". The Mazu Tempel (Xianying Palace) on Long Island is becoming more and more influential at home and abroad. It has been identified by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council as a cultural exchange base in Mazu, Taiwan Province, and has attracted special attention from experts, scholars, believers and tourists at home and abroad. A series of international Mazu cultural exchanges and Mazu tourism activities on Long Island have built an eternal emotional bridge for Chinese people all over the world.
Long Island not only has a special geographical location, but also has a magical island distribution, which is consistent with the ancient four images theory. Temple Island is like a phoenix spreading its wings and flying. Mantis Island looks like a crane and is opposite to Sun Island in pairs. The north and south Changshan islands meander like dragons, and the large and small Heishan islands are like tigers, forming a pattern in which dragons circle the red sun, tigers swallow the golden sun, and Feng Dan faces the sun. Miaodaoming Cinema happens to be located on the neck of the Phoenix, so it is full of spirituality. There are also stories of the empress giving lights, piloting and crossing all beings to protect Miaodaoming Cinema from the wind and rain.
Miaodaotang to Jiuzhangya
Legend of Huagou Village Dear friends, Long Island is full of rolling mountains, countless trees and birds, and Shan Ye is full of flowers. The village we passed through was related to the word "flower". Legend has it that in ancient times, there was a family in the village, and the mother and son lived alone. Because his mother was ill all the year round, his son tried his best to get better. I heard that there is a flower on the mountain that can cure my mother's illness, but it can only grow on the cliff and cannot be picked. But in order to get it, he practiced archery every day and finally shot it down three years later. My mother has been ill ever since. Later, the family gradually became rich, and children and grandchildren multiplied. This village is called Xiehuagou, later renamed Huagou, hence the name Huagou Village.
Ok, look at your left hand side. There are many islands in the sea. Wave Island and Baota Reef jumped into our eyes. The full name of the wave-blocking island is Diaoyu Island, with an area of 0. 16 square kilometers, and it is an uninhabited island. Come here to fish, no matter where you hang the fishing rod on the island, you will get something. Baota Reef looks like a pagoda, 2 1 m high. It is a natural navigation mark for ships entering and leaving Temple Island and a sacred treasure in the hearts of Long Island people. Baota Reef is a typical sea pillar and a representative of the strange rocks in Long Island. It has been reported by the media for many times as a unique natural landscape, and even moved to the screen and selected for painting and calligraphy.
In front of the fishing proverb is also a village, a famous shop village. The villagers in this village used to make a living by fishing, but now they have the pleasure of fishing. In the past, the low-lying area of this village was a meadow, because it was located at the north exit, people used to call it Beidian (Dianzi) village. Because "shop" and "shop" are homophonic, the word "shop" in "Eden" was later changed to "shop" in "shop". Most of the fishermen in the village are surnamed Leng, originally from Longyang, Penglai. After crossing this village, you arrive at Jiuzhang Cliff. Speaking of fishing villages in Long Island, I want to tell you a few fishing proverbs: "You can sing a song and catch a net", "Willow leaves are green on the land, swordfish is seen in the sea", "Malan flowers bloom, Spanish mackerel returns", "Little people open their eyes" and so on. These are some proverbs of fishermen who have lived on the island for many years, highlighting the rich seasons of swordfish and Spanish mackerel.
Dear friends, our first stop-Jiuzhang Cliff has arrived.
Jiuzhangya Jiuzhangya is a key scenic spot in the National Geopark, attracting many geologists to visit the island. You can not only enjoy the most spectacular marine landforms in the world, but also enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains and seas. In 2005, Long Island was called National Geopark, which is also the only island-type national Geopark in China. Teacher Song Shikun, the president and senior engineer of the National Landscape Planning Institute, said: I have been to Long Island in the United States, Gulangyu Island in Xiamen and many other places in the world. The scenery of Jiuzhangya Scenic Area is not so beautiful, and the development of marine erosion landform is world-class. The main scenic spots in the scenic area are Hope Cliff Terrace, Seagull Bay, Jiudie Stone, Guan Yi Stone, Xianren Bridge, Seal Reef, Xishan Mountain, etc. to enjoy the ancient scenery. We have entered the parking lot of Jiuzhangya. Please take your belongings and camera and leave the beautiful scenery here in your lens. (For a brief introduction to Jiuzhangya, see "Long Island Tour Guide". )
Jiuzhangya to Crescent Bay
Long Island Tourist Reception Facilities Dear friend, you must like to get in touch with the sea, right? Our next stop is Crescent Bay Beach. Jiuzhang Cliff and Crescent Bay are close at hand, only 5 minutes by car. In front of us, we will see a group of buildings-Long Island Century Holiday Hotel, which is a three-star hotel and the only property hotel in our county. The hotel covers an area of 44 mu, with a building area of about10.5 million square meters and 223 guest rooms, which can accommodate more than 300 people. You see, the hotel is adjacent to the famous Crescent Bay Beach on Long Island, with beautiful environment, mountains and seas and excellent geographical location. In recent years, the tourist facilities in Long Island have been continuously improved, with more than 0/00 hotels and restaurants, more than 6,000 beds and more than 20,000 beds for fishermen. The occupancy rate in tourist peak season is 100%, which basically meets the reception needs of tourists. Long Island receives more than 6,543,800+tourists every year, reaching 20,000 at the peak of single-day visitors. At present, there are two three-star hotels, and the other is Wanhui Building on Long Island. At present, Long Island lacks high-star hotels. However, with the increasing popularity of Long Island, four-star hotels such as Donghai Yingzhou Hotel, Timeshare Hotel and Weihai Hengtai Group Hotel of Peng Da Group have settled in Long Island.
Dear friends, every place on Long Island is related to the sea. Do you know that?/You know what? Seawater can relieve all kinds of pain. At present, there are seawater treatment centers in most coastal areas of the world. The sea has the characteristics of "medicine" and is very beneficial to people's health. It contains 75 substances needed to maintain human metabolism. The buoyancy of seawater is very strong, which helps to relax muscles. The movement of the waves will also strengthen people's muscles and bones, because it will have a massage effect of strengthening the body. So where are the most beautiful beaches and the best bathing beaches in Long Island? That is the crescent bay we are going to visit today.
Crescent Bay Crescent Bay, also known as Half Moon Bay. These two names happen to be in love with two coaches. 1955, Minister of National Defense Peng inspected the Long Island Fortress and got to know this magical place with the profile of the anti-aircraft gun position. The marshal of military life can't help feeling: "It's been a good month and a half." 24 years later 1979, Marshal Ye Jianying also came to Long Island and saw the scene of women picking pebbles in Shili Long Beach. He happily wrote an inscription: "Crescent Bay on Changshan Island, where agriculture and fishing are diligent and pebbles are splendid. Do women and children care about fingers? " So here are the names of Half Moon Bay and Crescent Bay.
Colorful pebbles on the beach are very popular with tourists. Su Dongpo loves the beautiful stones in Long Island, and once wrote "Twelve Stones in Beihai". Qi Gong, a famous calligrapher in China, also described Crescent Bay incisively and vividly: "A crescent moon prints the beach, clear water and green hills, fairyland is useless, and pedestrians step on the pearl step by step." Pebbles on Crescent Bay Beach are so popular, but they are not renewable resources. In order to let more tourists see the beautiful scenery of Crescent Bay, I want to remind everyone that pebbles are non-renewable resources. I hope everyone will consciously abide by the garden rules and protect the pebble resources in Long Island. Please visit Crescent Bay with me. (For an introduction to Crescent Bay, see "Long Island Tour Guide" for details. )
Crescent Bay to Wang Fu Reef
Dear friends, the next stop is Wang Fu Reef.
Song Qian Village We are passing Song Qian Village now. Because there is a barren hill opposite the west of the village, it is easy for foreigners to turn (suddenly) when they enter the village, so it is called the direction of barren hill, and later it was changed to Huangxiang. Here's a story: 1929, when the northeast Fengshui division was stationed on the island, Lin, director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, came to this village. He learned that most of the residents in this village are forests, and they are a clan. He thought Huang Xiang Village was unsightly, so he changed this barren mountain into Songshan Mountain, so this village is also called Songqian Village. In the past, people's houses on the island were all built with kelp grass, and the door faced west. Because the village is located in the north gate, the wind is strong, and it is easy to blow over the roof of the kelp hut, so the houses are built on the mountain, and most of the doors face west. Life is good now. The newly-built big tile houses all face south. Most of the houses in the village remain the same. You can see them when you have a chance to enter the village. There is a big official in this village named Lin, who served as party secretary of three municipalities directly under the central government.
Legend has it that there are many nicknames for Long Island in Penglai Fairy Mountain. Fairy Mountain on the sea and Fairy Island in Penglai have attracted emperors of all ages to visit here frequently. Long Island is also known as "Penglai Fairy Mountain". This legend originated from the Qin Dynasty. At that time, after Qin Shihuang unified the world, he wanted to prolong his life and live forever. He often travels around with his concubines and ministers, looking for the medicine he dreams of. On one occasion, he came to the south bank of Bohai Sea, climbed to the top of Ya Dan near the sea, and looked north. He saw the fog in the north of the sea, and several islands were flickering. Qin Shihuang quickly asked, "Where is this?" An alchemist nearby casually replied, "This is Fairy Mountain." Qin Shihuang asked, "What's the name of Fairy Mountain?" The alchemist was tongue-tied, and in a hurry, he saw a lush cluster of Artemisia scoparia growing by the sea. This "Chenopodium" was called "Lai" by the ancients, and the alchemist had no time to think about it, so he replied smoothly that "Fairy Mountain was named Penglai". Since then, Penglai Fairy Mountain has become more and more mysterious, and it has always been a fairyland for emperors and ancestors to seek medical treatment and live forever.
This is the natural berthing dock for fishing boats in Beichangshan Township, and the "Pembra Hotel" is built on the shore. Why was it built here? First, it can be used as a processing area for aquatic products during the day, and second, it can hold various forms of entertainment activities in summer to enrich the nightlife of fishermen on the island and serve as a living and entertainment area; So I built this open-air "Pombra Hotel", killing two birds with one stone.
In front of the northern city leisure fishery export is the northern city leisure fishery export. In order to make tourists to the island fully feel the pleasure of eating, living and traveling at sea, we launched a leisure fishery tourism project in 2000, which was deeply loved by tourists. The fishing season is from June 1 day to September 1 day every year. We have launched a marine tourism project to meet the needs of tourists and increase the income of fishermen. The content of the project is to observe mariculture production under the command of boatmen, learn cage pulling, trawling and other activities, and let tourists experience the feeling of being a fisherman once. When it comes to going out to sea, there are many rules on board: every spring when you go out to sea, you must have a pig heart, which is eaten by everyone and aimed at everyone's heart. The yellow croaker caught in the first net should be boiled in four pieces and sacrificed to the Dragon King. On the boat, women are forbidden to cross the boat and the net. On the boat, the pot, bowl, basin and spoon should not be turned upside down, and chopsticks should not be placed horizontally on the bowl, because these actions are unlucky, and fishermen do not want to see "turning", "buckling" and "fishing". Peeing on the boat, the most taboo is at the bow. When urinating, you don't face east early, face south at noon, face west at night and never face north. And you can't carry your hands behind your back, whistle, say nothing frustrating and so on.
Dear friends, long island people who have been fishing for generations have developed a rough, bold and simple temperament, and also formed a unique custom of island fishermen. Surfing the Internet, going out to sea, offering sacrifices to gods, harvesting, getting married, asking for help, etc. Have a set of ancient and strict procedures. For example, before and after Tomb-Sweeping Day, the on-line ceremony of purse seine before going out to sea was very distinctive. The ceremony of surfing the internet is very grand, which can be said to be a prayer for a bumper harvest. As soon as the boatman shouted, gongs, drums and firecrackers rang, and one person immediately lit the prepared straw torch and ran around the fishing net. A man behind him carried a ladle full of buckwheat noodles, sprinkled flour, followed the torch, jumped on the trembling bridge, and buckled the buckwheat noodles in the ladle to the torch on the fishing boat deck. So everyone cheered and shouted "full"! Together, they lifted heavy fishing nets and blew their new conch with the loudspeakers on the internet.

Nowadays, the fishing songs of Long Island have been put on the screen, and musicians from countries, provinces and cities have come to the island to collect and sort them out many times. There are many kinds of fishing songs, such as timpani, fishing boat and fortune, which are melodious, open and unrestrained. Paddles, nets, anchors and awnings are all powerful. This precious national music heritage has been included in the national intangible cultural heritage.
Fishing songs have many touching stories. According to Long Island County Records, in 1930s, a fishing boat broke down at Yantai Station in Houkou Village, Jiyun Island, and was about to sail when it met a windy boat in Tianjin. It happened that it rained again that day, and the awning pole was wet and astringent. They made great efforts and didn't put up the awning. Gigi's boat has a horn, nicknamed "Little Grandma". Interesting, he brought his men up. Before a bugle call was played, the big tent was called up. Since then, The Fisherman's Horn on Long Island has gained great fame.
