There is no Fushan Village, there is Fushan Temple first.

1. Fushan: In the Tang Dynasty (885-888), Hui Yuan, a Zen master of Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, traveled southwards, crossing the sea and landing on the island with a cloak. He saw its beautiful scenery, elegant scenery, surrounded by the sea and isolated from the land, just like a paradise for monks to live in seclusion. So we rented a boat, recruited migrant workers and shipped materials to build a temple here. After the temple was completed, it was difficult to name it for a while, but it was called "Fushan Temple" because it was rough around the island and seemed to float on the sea. In the Southern Song Dynasty, foreign residents gradually lived on the island, so villages gradually formed, and villages were named after temples.

Second, the "otter cave": According to legend, there are two kinds of sayings: ① The home of Kamen Yu was named because of its terrain like otter. (2) During the Southern Song Dynasty, Jiangsu and Zhejiang people fled the chaos and went to the coastal areas of Fujian, so the residents of the island were slightly prosperous, making a living by fishing, or doing business in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Huguang and other places, and many ships docked at the port. Otters often come to the boat for food. They live in caves between rocks on the beach, so it is also called the otter cave.

During the Song and Yuan Dynasties, the sea traffic had been developed in Okiya Island, and there were many ships, most of which passed through the Nanyang Islands. Taiwan Province Province was used in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Since then, residents in this area have moved to Taiwan Province Province, Xiamen and overseas because of trade or business expansion abroad, and the name of "Otter Cave" has spread all over the world.

Third, "Otter River": According to the "New Test of Otter River", "First, Yu and Wu Jun in my hometown climbed the mountain and said that Carmen's family is like an otter in topography, which is not similar at all; Thinking is easy. Then my granddaddy is famous for his character and literature, and he is called "Mr. Jiang the Otter". So "Otter Cave" was renamed "Otter River".
