History of Dalin and Pear Blossom
Pear is the flower of getting rich for Dalin people.

Dalin Town is known as the "hometown of pears" in Chengdu. The town is rich in tourism resources, with many scenic spots and reasonable distribution, and the natural and human landscapes are basically well preserved. This is Liyuan Spring Park, clean and elegant, beautiful and fragrant, as white as snow. There is a pear garden that embodies pear culture. It truly reflects the local characteristics, folk customs and traditional pastoral scenery of Dalin.

Lihua Avenue, which runs through the whole scenic spot, is 6.55 kilometers long, greatly increasing the carrying capacity of the whole scenic spot. Libo Garden, a Han Dynasty-style building, is also one of the landmark buildings in the scenic spot. Li Xiang Square, with a total area of about 37,000 square meters, consists of three parts: Cultural Square, Pear Culture Museum and Lawn Sculpture Belt. Li Xiang Square is scattered in the center of the square in the shape of pear petals. It is the main venue of previous Pear Blossom Festivals, with parking lots, civil air defense and emergency evacuation places.

In recent years, Dalin Town has successfully held various festivals and fruit fairs in Cuihu Pear Township Scenic Area, actively exploring the road of rural tourism development. In particular, the first pear blossom festival in Chengdu and Miss International Tourism Sichuan Finals in 2007, the second pear blossom festival in Chengdu and the international Wushu elite invitational tournament in 2008, the third pear blossom festival in Chengdu and the first pear garden cultural exposition in Tanghu house industry in 2009, the launching ceremony of the first rural tourism in Sichuan Province and the opening ceremony of the first Shuangliu Jinxiu Dongshan Eco-cultural Tourism Festival in 201/kloc-0 were successfully held.
