The Historical Origin of Yongnian Western Tune
Yongnian West Transfer originally flowed into Shangdang Bangzi, Hebei Province, Shanxi Province. Originally known as Zezhou (now Jincheng, Shanxi) tune, it was also called "Sanxian" in Yongnian (named because there are more costumes for this kind of drama, and the stage is equipped with one more board). 1February, 956, when the troupe was registered, the famous playwright Mr. Zhao Shuli proposed to formally name it "Western Tune", which means "Tune from the West".

It is popular in Yongnian, Guangping, Quzhou, Daming, Qiu, Wu 'an, Jize, Feixiang, Cixian in southern Hebei Province and Nanhe, Shahe and Xingtai counties in Xingtai area. At present, there is only one professional troupe in Yongnian, Hebei Province. There are amateur western troupes in Zhoucun, Suining, Dongchengying, Feixiang Zhongying, Judas Village and Maluodian in Quzhou County, Pinggudian Village and Jize Bukong Village in Guangping County. The scope of this kind of drama is southern Hebei (north to Shijiazhuang), southeastern Shanxi, northern Henan (Anyang), and northwestern Shandong at the junction of Lu Yu. In addition, Shanxi actors who came together included Shen Si (red face) from Guangping County, Shen Wu (red face) from Guantao, Guo San (stage name "Gai Shandong", Dan) and Xiao Qizi ("Gai Wu County", Dan). At this time, the cast of Western Tune is strong, including Tian Shude, Genbao, Liu Shuwen and Xie Tianzhen. The network cables are Kui Zhang, Xie Tianlu and Wu Yuhe; There are Yang Donglai, Lao Quanbao, Shen Yunxiu, Feng Erwai and Sanbalaguo. The drummer is Tian and Lao Pinger, and the luthiers are Lao Decheng and Heini. These people perform in southern Hebei, northern Henan and western Shandong.

Because the new apprentices are all from southern Hebei, they are constantly influenced by southern Hebei dialect and Hebei opera in their long-term performances. Therefore, in singing, although it still maintains the tradition of Shangdang Bangzi, it has abandoned the Jin tune and is close to harmony, and there are many changes in singing. During the performance, they learned the performance procedures and beating skills of Peking Opera and Hebei Bangzi, and made western harmony and Shangdang Bangzi. Tian Shude was also invited to give lectures at Guantao SHEN WOO Theatre and Jize Bukong Village. After the 1920s, Shanxi artists Tian Shude and Kui Zhang died one after another and were buried in Hebei.

From the 1920s to the 1940s, artists in Hebei widely accepted their disciples, which made the art of Western tune prosperous and spread. For example, the three batches of white flag and red flag disciples are sorted by the word "Tong", and the first batch of historical Tonghe (), Tongzhong (), Tongqing (Sheng), Tongxi (Dan) and Kangtonghui; The second batch includes Yang (red face), Yang Tonglin (painted face), Tongfu (Dan) and Tongliang (Dan); All three batches have the same straight flush (Dan) and Yan Tongsheng. Liu Ye accepted three batches of apprentices, ranking by the word "Gui". The first group includes Guichun (Dan), and the second group includes Guinan, Guixia (Feng,), Guiqiu (Hualien) and Guidong (Xiao Sheng). Three batches include Gui Sheng (Guo Tianshun, Wen Wusheng), (Yang, Wu Sheng) and (Liu Xiaomeng, Hualian). Some contemporary artists began to accept apprenticeships in the 1940s. In 1930s and 1940s, Shixian class in Shijiazhuang invited Hongqi, Leitian, Stone, Liquidambar formosana, Shen Yunxiu, Shi Tonghe and others. He gave lectures on ten Yu Ben plays, such as Xie Zi, Wufeng Tower, Jinguiguan and Trapped Hanzhong, which promoted the exchanges between different operas.

1946 At the end of the year, the "Sanyi Class" of the Western Tune was led by the Fifth Division of the Taihang Military Region, and it was called the "Third Regiment of the Fifth Division of the Taihang Military Region", with more than 90 cast members, including Huo Dian, Zhang Xuezeng and Liu as deputy heads. 1948 was taken over by Handan Municipal People's Government and taken over by Shi. At this time, the troupe rehearsed Huang Chao, Matchmaker, Aunt Wang's Fair, and filmed Li Fulin. The post-troupe is divided into a group troupe headed by Liu and a progressive troupe headed by Zhang Xuezeng. 1954, the first generation of actresses Li Aizhen and Wu Zaixi were born. 1955, the two troupes merged to form Yongnian County XiDiao Troupe, with Liu, Shi Tonghe, Shi Dengyin and Feng Xiangshu as the main actors. 1958, the troupe created and staged a number of outstanding plays, among which "Hai Su" participated in the 1959 Hebei opera exhibition and won the prize. The provincial radio station also broadcast recordings of dramas such as Hai Su, Red Guards of Honghu Lake and Eight Langs Stabbing Xiao. From 1970 to 1972, XiDiao Troupe once changed to singing Peking Opera, and then resumed singing XiDiao.

There used to be five voices in the Western Tune Class: Kunqu Opera, Bangzi, Luo, Juan and Chun. However, with the evolution of western operas, Kunqu Opera, Luoxi Opera, Chunxi Opera and Juanxi Opera are rarely sung. At present, only Bangzi Opera is sung. There are more than 100 kinds of traditional operas of western tune, all of which are inherited by Shangdang Bangzi, among which there are more than 60 kinds of operas of Bangzi, such as Crossing the Mountain and Luo Zhang Kneeling on the Floor. There are more than 30 operas such as "Exploring Shadows" and "Empty City". Kunqu operas include Fengxiang and Blessing. Luo Qiang's plays include "Beating the Noodles", "Going to the Grave" and "Top Brick". The catalogue of this play has been lost.
