Boutique Silk Road, Gorgeous Gansu

Gansu, located in the northwest of China, is an inland province. Gansu Hexi Corridor has been a traffic fortress since ancient times. Therefore, Gansu, as the only place on the Silk Road, has frequent exchanges among countries, which has brought different humanistic customs to Gansu and formed a wine culture different from other regions.

Speaking of Gansu, many people have the impression that they are poor and desolate. In fact, Gansu has superior geographical environment and high grain output, and it has the only city named after "wine" in China. It can be seen that its profound historical and cultural heritage of liquor, the supply of liquor brewed here was in short supply, and its reputation can be equally divided with today's "Mao".

People in Gansu like drinking and regard drinking as a form of entertainment. They often end up with glasses and a plate of peanuts as an appetizer when they are at leisure, and drink slowly by themselves without any chat. Drinking and eating vegetables seems to be enjoying a person's paradise.

If three or five friends get together to talk and laugh, then after drinking, there must be a wine table game, that is, punching in. This is a big part of the local drinking custom, which is slightly similar to the wine table custom in Henan, probably because Gansu is not far from Henan.

Gansu people drink enthusiastically and have fun.

Gansu people have an indescribable affection for wine from beginning to end. Gansu's fine wine is not just Huangtai wine. It can be said that there are fine wines everywhere in Gansu, but they are not well-known outside the province, and no one even knows about them, but they definitely have a certain dominance in the local area, and Gansu people have endless words about them.

① Jinhui wine

Jin Hui wine is produced in Huixian County, Longnan, because Longnan region is located in Bailong River basin, at the southern foot of Qinling Mountains, adjacent to Sichuan, and the climate is close to Mianzhu and other northern Sichuan regions. The produced liquor belongs to Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor. According to local records, it was a famous "Western Wine Town" in Ming and Qing Dynasties.

The storage environment and brewing environment of Jinhui wine are unique. Although it is Luzhou-flavor liquor, the taste of Wuliang Luzhou-flavor Jinhui liquor is obviously different from that of Sichuan Wuliang Luzhou-flavor liquor because of the different brewing environment and storage methods.

② Du Liang Laojiao.

Du Liang Laojiao is also the representative wine of Gansu. Its reputation was still very high earlier. At that time, the sales volume of this liquor was also one of the best in Gansu liquor market. It's a pity that this liquor was neglected in the later stage of development. When enterprises began to pay attention to marketing, their market share had been divided by other brands, which led to the almost disappearance of Du Liang Laojiao in Gansu liquor market.

People who have drunk this wine can be said to be grandfathers. Now, the quality is not bad, but it has fallen.

③ Longnanquan

Among many liquor brands in Gansu, Longnan was sought after by Gansu people in a short time after its listing in spring, and it also accumulated a reputation. In addition, its liquor quality is very good, which was once very popular in Gansu.

It has the reputation of "Small Jiangnan in Gansu". Just by listening to the name, we can know that this kind of liquor has excellent brewing conditions, rich products and beautiful scenery. This kind of production condition is only available in Fu Jia Town, Huixian County. The wine-making time in this town is very early, which can be traced back to the Western Han Dynasty. The rich wine culture makes this place famous throughout Gansu.

Longnanquan can be said to be fully worthy of the title of "China Famous Wine", because both the material selection and brewing technology are constantly improving, and the sweet and dry taste makes people feel like spring breeze. No wonder many people say that Longnan Spring comes from Gansu.

These three liquors are all "mass groups" in Gansu, and only local people are drinking them. In short, it is a pity that famous wines are unknown for various reasons, but they all say that wine is like life, and the brilliant road of these liquors is also ups and downs like life, but life is always so helpless. The same fate of liquor is not limited to these, and the same is true of the following liquors. Good wine is not appreciated.

① rice fragrance

Speaking of Daoxiang, we think more about rice. In fact, Daoxiang wine is very popular in Hubei, and it can be seen on the wine tables of Hubei people in the streets and lanes.

The brewing water of rice fragrance is taken from the mineral water of "Longan", and the process is mixed steaming and burning. Traditional grain brewing uses red sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, corn and wheat as brewing raw materials.

The grain aroma and cellar aroma of the wine are quite sufficient, which can be regarded as the popular wine in Hubei.

② Han Dong Master Wine (Treasures 10)

From Guizhou, a major wine-making province, winemakers have a stubborn pursuit of the quality of wine, so both raw materials and technology are hands-on, making koji during the Dragon Boat Festival, and setting sand on Chongyang. Every technology follows strict standards. After careful selection of raw materials, the wine is required to be made of red cherry sorghum with high starch content and good preservation, so the quality of the wine is guaranteed.

Smelling the fragrance, the sauce is overflowing, and when it is opened, it is full of the old fragrance of old wine, with a mellow entrance and a long aftertaste.

There are many people who drink locally, but few people who drink outside Guizhou.

③ Tongzhou Laojiao

Tongzhou Laojiao is produced in Beijing. Many "drinkers" are not familiar with this wine, but its sales volume is several times that of Maotai.

At that time, almost everyone in Beijing drank this wine because it had a unique taste, a fragrant entrance, a Maotai flavor in the middle and a long aftertaste.

The quality is really good, but the glory is not long, because poor management almost disappeared in the liquor market, which is quite humbled.
