2. Erhai Acropolis, also known as Xiangyun Ancient City by locals, is located in the county seat of Xiangyun County. It is a veritable "Ancient Cloud South City", which was built in the Han and Tang Dynasties and completed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with four streets and eight lanes. The whole city has a square layout, like a square seal. Because the East Phoenix Mountain echoes the West Wolong Mountain from a distance, it is called "the West Wolong holds the seal, and the East welcomes the jade book of Cai Feng". Erhai Acropolis was built in A.D. 1382, in the 15th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, under the command of Ming Army, and supervised by officials such as Lai Town, Governor Fengcheng and Qianbaihu. At that time it was named Erhai Acropolis. It was named after the Ming army set up Erhai Wei in Xiangyun (then Yunnan County). Later, Yunnan County moved from Yunnan Post to Erhaiwei, where the county health office was located. 19 18 After Yunnan County was renamed Xiangyun County, Erhai Acropolis was changed to Xiangyun City.
3. Tsinghua Cave, starting from the county seat, about 3 kilometers southwest along Qinghong Road, came to Tsinghua Ancient Cave. Buddhism called "Tsinghua" a paradise, hence its name. Known as the first cave in western Yunnan. Cliff stone carvings include "Tsinghua Cave", "Sitting on the Cloud" and "Buddha Sitting in the Sky". Tsinghua Cave is a karst cave with karst landform, which is divided into front cave and back cave. The front hole is about 30 meters deep and 5 meters wide. The back hole split in two, unfathomable. There are many stone flowers, stalagmites and stone pillars in the cave, which is dazzling. In the center of the dome on the right side of the main entrance, looking up, you can see the oval light more than one foot high passing through the top of the mountain, which is called "dish sky". There are three small holes on the right, wide and narrow, and there are dozens of small holes on the hole wall. The main hole of the front hole is located in the middle of the hole. The strange peaks in the cave are abrupt, stalagmites are upside down, milk drips from the cliff, and the water falls with sound. There are 24 rubbings on the cave wall, mostly made by court officials and poets since the Ming Dynasty.
4. Qinghai Lake, located in Sharon Town, Xiangyun County, Yunnan Province, China, is located in the southeast of Chengchuan Dam and 7 kilometers northwest of the county town. It was called Qinghai in Yuan Dynasty and Qinglong Lake in Qing Dynasty. Because of its clear water, it has been known as "the moon mark in Qinghai" since ancient times.
Tianhuashan Mountain, also known as Nanhuashan Mountain, is known as "the scenic spot in South China" in history. Located in Zongpeng Village, Majie Township, Xiangyun County, Dali, Yunnan Province, it takes about 25 kilometers by car from the county seat to the scenic spot. There are two stalactites hanging upside down on the cliff, which is the most distinctive landscape of Tianhua Mountain. Tianhuashan Taoist Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty. On the cliff, there are three ancient temples with hidden houses exposed. On the cliff, there is a stone dragon hanging upside down, just like a dragon descending from the sky. The cliff is engraved with ten Chinese characters: "The cloud is unparalleled, the first mountain in Kuangzhou". Tianhuashan Scenic Area consists of fairy beds lying in clouds, stone dragons hanging upside down, stone house skylights, stone beads shining at night, Zhuge Zhai Ying, three ancient caves (Guanyin Cave, Zaojun Cave, Huangyu Pavilion, Luohan Cave, Siguan Cave, Huang Yu Cave, Prince Pavilion and Empress Dowager Pavilion), jade dripping from cliffs, eight views of east and west stone buildings, bean days, immortal footprints, mountain climbing in Shi Hu and stone bells and drums.
6. Shui Mu Mountain is located in the southwest of Xiangyun County, next to Chu-Da Expressway and Guangtong-Dali Railway. It is one of the earliest Buddhist shrines in China. It is the Dojo of the ninth generation of Zen Buddhism in Han Dynasty, the first Buddhist stupa forest shrine in the world, the excavation and placement place of Buddhist relics, and the royal temples of Nanzhao Kingdom and Dali Kingdom.
In the eighth year of Yuanhe in Tang Xianzong (AD 8 13), the Nanzhao King persuaded the Zen master Puji Guangqing of Longsheng IX to build a temple in Shui Mu Mountain. Since then, Buddhists have been the founders, and eminent monks have gathered to convert, reaching a peak of 3,000 monks and 800 nuns.
The remains of Tallinn in the world, the earliest Buddhist temple in the south of China, the rare wonder of holding the pagoda in China, exotic landscapes such as camellia in the Tang Dynasty, cypress in the Song Dynasty and rose in the Ming Dynasty, and historical records such as the tonsure of the Ten Kings of Dali, Xu Xiake's visit, Wu Sangui's invitation for divination, Lin Zexu's candlestick and oath, etc., have amazed the world. The Buddhist historical and cultural heritage of Mount Shui Mu is irreplaceable and unique. It has outstanding characteristics in the Buddhist world and plays an important role in the history of Buddhism in China.
7. Jiuding Mountain, also known as Jiuding Yunfeng, is located at the junction of Yuan Township and the original Xiangbi Township, which is located at the north of Xiangyun County, Yunnan Province 10 km (Xiangbi Township has been integrated into Xiangcheng Town as a whole). Jiuding Mountain belongs to Yunling remnant vein in Hengduan Mountain System. Because of the dangerous mountain, Jiufeng Mountain stands in the mountain, so it is called Jiuding Mountain.
Jiuding Temple was built in Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty. Zheng De and Jiajing were renovated twice and expanded in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Now it includes Tuzhu Temple, Miaosheng Pavilion, Huayan Pavilion, Sanjiao Pavilion, Tomi Pavilion, Bi Xia Temple, Ancient Buddha Cave, Pilu Pavilion, Yufeng Pavilion, Qianhuatai and other temples. Jiuding Mountain is 3117m above sea level. Because Jiu Feng stands side by side, it is also called Jiufeng Mountain. Jiu Feng is named after its shape, that is, grounding feet, roaring lions, blue sky, inviting cranes, Emei, offering immortals, Zhong Xiu, crossing clouds and crossing Taiwan. There are Bixia Cave, Guanyin Cave, Chaoyang Cave, Tommy Cave and Yinmao Cave. In front of Jiuding Temple, there are the Twin Towers of Jiuding Mountain. The towers and the temple set each other off and become a spectacle. Climbing to the top of Jiuding Mountain, Xiangyun Bazi has a panoramic view. Every year on the eighth day of the second lunar month, the "Prince's Club" in Jiuding Mountain attracts many tourists and is one of the famous scenic spots in Xiangyun.
8. Tianfeng Mountain, also known as "Sun Yu Peak", is commonly known as "Laojun Mountain" or "Laojun Hall". Located in the mirror of Pugan Town, Xiangyun County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the main peak is 2578 meters above sea level. The mountain is pyramid-shaped, with steep terrain, towering peaks and towering mountains. Laojunmiao, built in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, is a wooden structure with a single eaves and a hilltop. The front eaves and columns are a pair of dragon-hugging columns, and a giant plaque of "Morality 5,000" is hung in front of the hall for the worship of the old gentleman, hence the name Laojun Hall. On the right, there is a stone carving merit square, which passes through and enters the majestic Jade Emperor Pavilion. The lower floor is a rectangular rest peak, and the upper floor is an octagonal pyramid-shaped roof with no bucket arch shape. Tianfeng Mountain is a building complex with Taoism as the bishop and three religions in one. Among them, carved with wood, it is the first mountain of southern Taoism. It is one of the famous Taoist mountains and major scenic spots in Xiangyun County. The forest outside Tianfeng Temple is dense. Every February 15 of the lunar calendar is the "singing meeting" of Tianfeng Mountain in Pengpu, and the surrounding Yi compatriots come here to "sing", with tens of thousands of people.
