Historical analysis of Meiling Palace
Share my trip to Nanjing. Many years ago, I participated in a group tour of five cities in East China. There were too many scenic spots, and there were almost no impressions of the scenic spots I could go to. It was probably a waste of time. Come to Nanjing again this time and have a good time. I plan to visit Meiling Palace and Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum together today, especially Meiling Palace.

I remember one year, an aerial photo of Nanjing Meiling Palace shocked the world. The leaves of buttonwood trees on the circular road around Nanjing Meiling Palace began to turn yellow in late autumn. Seen from the sky, the overall design of the building built on the mountain is like a string of pearl necklaces with jade pendants hanging on them. The circular road leading to the main building of Meiling Palace on both sides and covered with French phoenix tree is a "necklace", and the gate is the joint of this "necklace". Dark green glazed tile is like a jewel pendant on a necklace.

There are several ways to get to Meiling Palace. First get off at Exit 2 of Xiamafang subway station, walk 80 meters north along Longgong Road, and take bus No.20134 at Xiamafang bus station. Second, take Tour Line 2 at Xiamafang subway station next to the bus stop, get off at Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum parking lot, and then walk west along Bo 'ai West Road for 5 minutes. Look at the mobile phone map when waiting for the subway exit and the tourist line 2. I stumbled across Meiling Palace behind me 1 km. Looking back, it was clearly a park. I think we can try to cross the park and have a little adventure.

It turns out that this is a good hiking route. The whole journey takes 20 minutes. Beautiful scenery, sparsely populated. The last section is this tree-lined road. Fresh air and birds are with you.

Through the Woods and onto the highway.

Not far from Meiling Palace, tickets to 30 yuan. If you are alone, you can rent an interpreter here, which is very practical.

Meiling Palace is located in Xiaohongshan, Zhongshan Scenic Area, Xuanwu District, Nanjing. The main building of Meiling Palace is a three-story double-eaves mountain palace with green glazed tiles on the top. Meiling Palace was originally the official residence of the President of the National Government, and was later converted into a lounge for senior officials to visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. After the National Government moved back to Nanjing from Chongqing, Chiang Kai-shek and Song Meiling often worshipped and rested here, so it was called Meiling Palace. 1March, 984, the interior furnishings of Meiling Palace were opened to the public as usual.

Song Meiling has lived in so many places, why is this the only place called Meiling Palace? Meiling Palace is a "Phoenix Palace". More than 65,438+0,000 water drops around the glazed tile roof are carved with a phoenix spreading its wings, and a row of phoenix feathers on the stigma under the eaves are redrawn, which is bright and dazzling. On the second floor of Nanyang Terrace, 34 white marble railings have been carefully scrubbed, and the phoenix on each railing is lifelike. There are 34 lampposts around this small building, and "34" happens to be Song Meiling's birthday on March 4th. Some people think that this is a romantic gift from Chiang Kai-shek to Song Meiling.

Zhao Zhiyou, the designer of Meiling Palace, is a distant relative of Chiang Kai-shek and comes from Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He left a drawing of Meiling Palace, showing that the whole building was originally designed as a water drop. At present, the overall design of Meiling Palace is like a pearl necklace inlaid with emeralds. The circular road leading to the main building of Meiling Palace on both sides and covered with French phoenix tree is a "necklace", and the gate is the joint of the "necklace". Dark green glazed tiles are like gem pendants of necklaces.

The exclusive car of the beautiful era, tourists have taken photos here. The functional distribution in the building also seems to respect the hostess. For example, the master bedroom is arranged according to Song Meiling's style, and the second bedroom is Chiang Kai-shek's; For another example, the private secretary of the hostess has her own secretarial office on the second floor, with a separate bathroom, and the treatment is different from that of the secretary who lives in the basement.

There are reception room, cloakroom, secretary's office and bedroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and service room on the first floor. The picture shows the secretarial office.

The basement has a staff room in the east and a kitchen in the west. The table in the kitchen is full of rich ingredients models, which are very realistic.

Most of the basement was opened as an exhibition room. I think this part is the essence of Meiling Palace. Here, don't worry, watch the exhibition calmly, and you will find a different era. Song Meiling (1898-2003), a native of Wenchang, Hainan, was an outstanding politician and diplomat in modern China. She was the first lady of the Republic of China from June 1943 to June 1949.

The most touching thing about visiting Meiling Palace is the beautiful legend of "Love of Sung River".

He married Chiang Kai-shek on 1927 12 1. First he was married by Dr. David Z. T. Yui in Song Zhai, and the next day he was married by Cai Yuanpei in Shanghai Dahua Hotel. After becoming a veritable "first lady", Song Meiling followed Chiang Kai-shek to participate in a series of activities in different historical periods with her talent and beauty, and played an important role for a long time.

Ms Song Meiling is an influential celebrity in the modern history of China. She has devoted herself to the people of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, China, and opposed ethnic separatism, looking forward to the peaceful reunification of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the prosperity of the Chinese nation.

Go to the second floor from here. The second floor is mainly used as a reception room and lounge, with a hall, living room, dining room, tea room, study and secretarial office.

Bedroom. After the visit is basically over, visitors must go to the small projection room to watch a short film about Ms. Meiling, many precious shots, and the most impressive thing is that Ms. Meiling gave a wonderful speech in the US Congress. Play short films regularly. Finally, you can buy a book you like about Ms. Meiling in Meiling Palace as a souvenir.
