The Historical Development of Luobo Middle School
Qin Quan junior high school experienced two invasions by Japanese invaders, and the school was looted and its property was destroyed. The clothes of teachers and students were robbed, and the food rented by Qin Quan Hall could not be recovered. The school's running funds are very difficult, so it is necessary to apply to the county government for an increase in subsidies (see "Qin Quan Junior Middle School's Application for Relief in the Autumn of the Republic of China"). The county government did not meet the requirements of the school, but only gave some subsidies month by month, but it still could not solve the difficulties. The school has to appropriately increase the learning valley for students, and the local people also try their best to maintain the survival and development of the school. From the founding of the school to 36 years of the Republic of China, the school enrolled 17 classes. In February 37, the school was returned to the county government and renamed as "Wuming County No.4 Junior High School".
