traffic
Take buses 13, 42, 107,1,1 1 8, 8 10, 823 and 850, and get off at the north gate of Beihai.
Houhai
Houhai is an integral part of Shichahai. Shichahai consists of three water surfaces, namely Qianhai, Houhai and Xihai. In order to distinguish it from the "first three seas" of Beihai, China and Nanhai, it is called "the last three lakes".
Houhai is the essence of Shichahai, and now the southern edge of Houhai has become a gathering place for bars, which is very lively at night and there are many open-air karaoke. Later, more human history was preserved on the northern coast of Haibei. Every family here lives by the water, and the scenery is as beautiful as the water town in the south of the Yangtze River. From ancient times to the present, there are many huge courtyards and celebrity houses here.
Xiejie
Dai Yan Xie Jie is only 232 meters long, but it has a history of more than 600 years. It is located in front of the once prosperous Drum Tower. In the Qing Dynasty, this small street was named "Dai Yan Xie Jie" and "Little Liulichang" because it operated smoking utensils, hookahs, hookahs and other antiques. Of course, there is also a saying that this street is not straight, and the terrain itself is like a tobacco pouch, so it is named as a tobacco pouch oblique street.
Yaer Hu tong
It starts from Shibei Hutong in the southeast and connects with Xie Jie in Dai Yan. Northwest to Ganlu Hutong. In the Yuan Dynasty, Yan 'er Hutong was called the northern edge of Houhai. At the eastern end of Ya 'er Hutong is Yinding Bridge, the most famous stone bridge in Beijing. The whole Yaer Hutong winds westward along the north shore of Shichahai, parallel to the northern edge of Houhai, and extends to Ganlu Hutong along the Houhai Strait. With a total length of 820 meters, Hutong is one of the longer Hutong in Beijing.
Special recommendation: No.31Hutong is Guanghua Temple, which was built in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty. It is one of the famous temples in old Beijing. The temple is well preserved and still in use today. It is one of the important places for Buddhist activities in Beijing.
Daxiao Jin Si Hu tong
Get off the Yinding Bridge and go south, which is the northeast entrance of Dajinsi Hutong. The winding alley is only three or four meters wide, and this narrow feeling is out of place. In the old society, Hypericum chinense was once an island with beautiful scenery, surrounded by Qianhai, Houhai and Crescent River. Only later, because the crescent river on the west side was flooded, today's Liu Yin Festival and Qianhai West Street were built and became a "peninsula". There are 18 winding hutongs in this "peninsula". These hutongs are the best preserved old streets and lanes in Shichahai Scenic Area.
Special recommendation: 12 Dajinsi Hutong is a very special gatehouse. This courtyard is listed in Lonely Planet, the most famous self-help travel reference book in the world, and is known by many foreign tourists. It is said that this quadrangle is the only quadrangle for tourists in Shichahai area, and most of them live in foreigners. I have also been on many foreign TV programs.
Nanguanfang Hu tong
South of Houhai and west of Qianhai; Hutong is not wide or narrow, just right, and the overall feeling is great, especially at Nanshou intersection, an old street. No.39 Nanguan Hutong is the first house to win the title of "Olympic Family", which is marked by blue and white porcelain plates.
Special recommendation: Courtyard 49 at the corner will be surrounded by green vines in spring and summer and climb out of the wall, which is very artistic.
Houhainanyan
It has become a bar street with great atmosphere and excellent seaside scenery. In addition, Fengtai Temple on the 36th is worth seeing, and it is one of the well-preserved small Buddhist temples at present. In addition, No.26 is the former residence of Zhang Boju, an expert in literature and history.
Northern margin of Houhai
This used to be Prince Chun's Regent's Palace Garden. Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, was born in Qinchun Palace. Nalan Xingde, a poet in the Qing Dynasty, once wrote: "The door leans against the silver pool and smoke surges. The scorched beach is foggy and the sun is too bright. He is clear and Cui writes about mountains and rivers. " This word describes the scenery here.
prince gong's mansion
Located in Qianhai West Street, it was originally a small Shenyang residence, with a large scale, consisting of Jin Duo quadrangles. The garden is very exquisite, with stacked rocks and rockeries, winding paths, pavilions, ponds, flowers and trees, etc.
This is the most well-preserved Wang Fu complex in China, which is divided into two parts: the mansion in front and the garden in the back. The mansion is not only spacious, but also the highest regulation. There are three courtyards in Gongwangfu: the middle, the east and the west. The last two courtyards of each road are the main areas for people to visit.
Address: No.0/4, Liu Meng Street, Xicheng District.
Transportation:13,42, 107,1,18,8/kloc-0,850,81.

bar
Shichahai Bar Street, like Sanlitun Bar Street, is the most famous bar area in Beijing, but their styles are a little different. Shichahai Bar Street is a beautiful scenery in Houhai, with water, boats, bridges, bars and people. The old hutongs in Beijing contain the youthful vitality of modern cities. The bar street looks a little deserted during the day, but it becomes a passionate world at night. The areas where Shichahai is concentrated are: Lotus Market, East Coast of Qianhai, South Coast of Houhai, Xie Jie, Dai Yan, etc. Some bars are hidden in alleys, such as Nanguanfang Hutong, Hou Xiaojing Hutong and Dajinsi Hutong. The former is noisier and more luxurious; The latter is winding and secluded, with extraordinary artistic conception.
