Brief introduction of scenic spots in Dayang ancient town
The main attractions of Dayang Ancient Town are as follows:

My Wuli Old Street in Ming and Qing Dynasties

Passing through the tower of the ancient town, the quaint and quiet Wuli Old Street comes into view, with high walls, faint ancient fragrance and charm of Ming and Qing Dynasties. This old street with almost unclear origin is the pillar and backbone supporting the enduring spirit and soul history of Dayang Ancient Town. The ancient street paved with bluestone slabs is like a winding Youlong, which runs through the east and west sunshine. All kinds of shops gather along the street and blend perfectly with the surrounding houses, temples and pavilions.

Second, Tianzhu Tower

Tianzhu Tower is located in the southeast corner of Dayang Ancient Town. It was built in Bingzi, Wanli, Ming Dynasty for four years (1576) with a construction period of 27 years. Tianzhu Tower is 0/08 feet high and 630 square feet at the bottom. The whole building is an octagonal pyramid with nine floors and eight sides and different levels of eaves, each with its own characteristics. There are 72 bronze bells hanging under each eaves of the tower. The top of the steeple is crowned with iron, which is nine feet high and weighs 1000 pounds. There is a west gate under the tower, and the wall is more than seven feet thick. There is a brick spiral staircase between the walls leading upstairs, and each floor has a tower window.

Third, Wahuang Temple.

Huang Yu Temple was built in the 15th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1536). In Fengtai County Records, it is recorded that "Dayang has a place where Huang Yu can refine stones to make up the sky". The temple faces south and enters the two houses. The upper house is in the south and the lower house is in the north. The upper house has a palace, a wing and a long corridor. The original palace had murals of the goddess mending the sky. There are more than 30 rooms in the lower hall, including verandahs and mountain gates, in which statues of the Virgin Nuwa, God of War, Laojun, Horse King, Insect King, Medicine King and Guanyin are molded. Every year, on the seventh day of the first month, people's day, temple fairs are held to offer sacrifices.

Fourth, the Tang Emperor Temple.

Walking into the Tang Emperor Temple, a long, thick and naturally curved Jingmu beam stands out from the eaves of Tang Cheng Temple. Except for a bucket arch on the front eaves, there was no bucket arch in the room, and the position of the back wall was replaced by a big Fang. At the same time, lifting the chest raft with the forehead as the fulcrum not only reduces the number of columns, but also increases the depth of the room, effectively realizing the "small material and great use".

The whole building is simple and practical, full of free and easy, rough beauty, showing the majestic style of "reducing columns and moving columns" in ancient buildings in Yuan Dynasty. Tangchengtang is a typical "Sanming and Seven Darkness" building, with three wide front eaves and four pillars, but it is an eight-beam structure. According to the characteristics of traditional architecture in China, there should be eight columns, so four columns are omitted. At the same time, the distance between the two pillars in the middle of the hall is higher than the distance between the two pillars in the middle of the front eaves by 1.3 1 m, which is not in the same line, making the hall look very simple and atmospheric.

Fifth, the official commercial residence.

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, large-scale residential buildings were built in Dayang Ancient Town. These courtyards are rigorous in layout, large in scale and beautifully decorated, which can be described as spectacular. The ocean, on the other hand, presents a different scene from other places. Official residences, commercial houses and official and commercial houses are scattered all over the place, forming a chorus of residential courtyards in Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Its scale and quantity are amazing and shocking. The layout of folk houses in Dayang is patchy, and the architectural decoration is very common. Brick carving, wood carving, iron painting and other rich architectural art forms have achieved the decorative effect and function, and the cultural implication shows the ancient charm.

Brief introduction of Dayang ancient town

At the foot of Taihang Mountain in Zezhou County, Shanxi Province, there is an ancient town with a history of more than 2,600 years-Dayang Ancient Town. Dayang was called Yang A in ancient times. In history, the Qin emperor set up a county here, and the Han dynasty inherited the Qin system and sealed it here. Xiyan set up this county, and for more than 800 years, the county, Hou and County ruled together. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were many officials in Dayang, and the local folk song "Officials don't praise Dayang" and "Dayang has three buckets and three liters of sesame officials" all truly reflected the prosperity of Dayang literature and officials at that time.

At the same time, Dayang is known as the "needle capital of Kyushu" because of its developed hand-made needle industry. From the Western Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, many legendary figures appeared in the history of Dayang, such as Zhao, who created various palace tunes, Confucius, a scholar of Confucianism, and died for his country.
