I have never paid attention to a temple before, nor to Taibai Temple. I used to go to some temples with my mother, and with a sincere heart, I burned incense and worshipped Buddha in every temple. Don't ask the names and allusions of the gods who worship Buddha, just concentrate on worshipping Buddha.

? 2065438+On February 29th, 2008, 65438+2008, I was lucky enough to participate in the collecting activities of Meixian Writers Association and visit Taibai Temple in Qingyi Village, Huaiya Town, Meixian County. In previous lives, a village and a temple came to my mind.

Qingqing is located in the west of Huaiya Town in Meixian County, in the east of Bawanghe Industrial Park in Meixian County, with Taibai Mountain in the south and Weihe River in the north. 3 10 National Road passes through the village center. Qingqiu, a natural village with about 1500 households, now belongs to Huaixi Village, Huaiya Town, Meixian County. According to 1957, Qingyi is a Yangshao cultural site. There are still many agricultural relics, which shows that our ancestors dug and cultivated here in the Neolithic Age nearly 10,000 years ago. The Taibai Temple visited in this trip is located in the south of the village.

? We arrived in Qingyi and headed for Taibai Temple in the south of the village. A quadrangle with red walls and blue tiles appeared. This is a newly built temple. The structure and layout of temples are no different from those in other places. I heard that it was built and opened only last year. We came to the entrance of the temple. Teacher Yang, vice chairman of the Writers Association, pointed to a pair of round and flat stones standing on both sides of the threshold and asked us, "Who will tell us what this is?" I casually said with eyes full of ignorance: "Shi Gu? ! Teacher Yang said, "They are shaped like drums, but they are not drums. They are called "doormen". Then he pointed to a pair of protruding mahogany things on both sides of the lintel and said, "Look, this is the' household pair'." We suddenly realized, "Oh! This together is' the door is right'! " Later, it was expanded to compare the strength of the two companies. These details. I once turned a blind eye. It turns out that they are all permeated with China culture! I feel that the cultural heritage left by our ancestors is silent, and future generations may not fully understand it. Suddenly I feel that "culture" is valuable to people who know her! I was in awe before I stepped into the gate of Taibai Temple. Under the leadership of Liu, director of Qingban Village Committee, the last secretary of the village and several elderly people over eighty, we watched and listened to the historical anecdotes about Qingban and Taibai Temple.

? We came to the pavilion on the left-hand side of the gate and looked at the stone tablet. Due to the age, the words on the tablet surface are almost eroded and polished, and the handwriting is vague and difficult to distinguish. The texture of the stone is bare and mottled. A teacher approached and studied it carefully. From the few words he could distinguish, he tried to search for some stories about Taibai Temple, but failed. We can clearly see the hard stone standing there, tinkling like iron. It is one of the oldest witnesses here, just like a respected person in Taibai Temple. We respectfully stepped back, folded our hands and bowed deeply to the stone tablet!

Go on and come to the center of Taibai Temple courtyard. Regular quadrangles are bright and solemn. Due north is the main hall. The plaque on the lintel was inscribed by the calligrapher Mr Yu Youren. Taibai Mountain God is enshrined here. We gently pushed the door in, bowed to the throne, then gently closed the door and went out to burn incense outside the main hall. In this process, I didn't dare to face the Buddha statue. Although I know these mountain gods are the protectors of our land, I am still full of awe for them.

Director Liu led us to the east wing of the yard. He said that the most valuable relics of Taibai Temple are protected here. The three links protect a relatively complete ancient stone tablet and stand in front of us. He introduced the origin of these pills to us one by one. A group of people stood in front of the stone tablet and interpreted the unclear words on it word by word. In the rigorous inscriptions, the history of Taibai Temple in Qing Dynasty gradually unfolded before our eyes.

The history and culture of Taibai Temple has a history of more than 3,000 years since the Shang and Zhou civilizations. This temple is famous for its ancestors relying on Taibai Mountain to pray for rain. Taibai Mountain has been honored as a sacred mountain since ancient times, and the God of Taibai Mountain cares for the Lebanese people and gives them whatever they want. Taibai Mountain once had three courtyards: the upper court, the middle court and the lower court. The upper house is located in Sendai, Batai, Taibai Mountain, the middle court is located at the foot of Taibai Mountain, and the lower house is located in Qingyi. In ancient Qing Dynasty, there were five pools, among which three pools, Daafu, Erafu and Sanafu, were later enfeoffed by the emperor and honored as the main pool. According to legend, it was later pulled to Taibai Mountain by "Khan Niu", forming today's Daye Sea, Ye Er Sea and Sanye Sea. The "Lotus Pond" in Wudalianchi is called a wonder with its unique cockscomb flower. The original construction of Taibai Temple was related to praying for rain.

In the long historical development, farming is related to the security of the world. Water is the lifeblood of agriculture, and its productivity is relatively backward, mainly relying on the weather to eat. Ancestors' worship of rain has become a natural thing, especially in the rich Guanzhong, where ordinary people worship the Taibai Mountain God, the god in charge of rain. In the eyes of ancestors, God told it to rain, and God didn't tell it to rain. Therefore, to get rain, we must pray to the gods. As early as the Shang Dynasty, praying for rain was popular. Taibai Temple was built at this time. ?

At the end of Shang Dynasty and the beginning of Zhou Dynasty, Taibai Mountain was dry and the road was difficult, so it was ordered to build Taibai Temple in Qingyi, the lower temple of Taibai Mountain, for the purpose of praying for rain, and all Buddhist rain praying activities were held in Taibai Temple. According to legend, Taibai Temple here is the total altar of Taibai Temple in China. Historical books and inscriptions left over from Shang, Zhou, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties have records of praying for rain. Due to the long history and changes of times, many historical materials have been lost. Up to now, only the monument of "Monsoon Minhou Wisdom" in the Song Dynasty, "Rebuilding Taibai Temple" in the Yuan Dynasty and "Imperial Poems" inscribed by Emperor Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty remain. Among them, Bi Yuan, the governor of Shaanxi Province, reported that the handwriting on the imperial pen tablet in Gan Long was legible, which read: "Rain is given before the wheat, and it will stay for more than 20 days after the wheat. In order to pray for the blessing of Lingshan, manna fruit is used to show its miraculous effect. " From the remaining inscriptions, we can see the grandeur and efficacy of praying for rain in Taibai Temple.

Su Shi, a writer and calligrapher in the Northern Song Dynasty, also went to Taibai Mountain to pray for rain. In the sixth year of Jiayou, Su Shi became the judge of Fengxiang House. In the eighth year of Jiayou, there was a great drought. Dongpo entered Taibai Mountain from an oblique valley for rain. On the way, he left three poems. There is a famous saying: "Taibai has been heard all my life, and I have seen it when I was stationed." Whoever can try the drums will do it. The cliff is amazing, and the ice and snow are more carved. There is no wheat in spring drought, and there is autumn in the mountains. The dragon is lazy to sleep, and the bottles are thieves. "The last sentence, stealing bottles in the sea of uncle, metaphor in the rain. Between the lines, the worship of Taibai Mountain God is revealed.

In the long river of history, Taibai Temple has experienced dynasty changes. In addition to the mysterious myth, it is also full of red memories. According to the 80-year-old studious old man in the village, Taibai Temple once had a building area of 48.6 mu, with a large scale, complex structure, exquisite architecture and carved beams and painted buildings. It is said that it was made by Luban, and the workmanship is exquisite and amazing. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Taibai Temple was once an orphanage for the children of battlefield martyrs. After liberation, these orphans were taken to northern Shaanxi. Later, Taibai Temple moved to Teachers College (details are unknown), and then moved away. During the War of Liberation, Taibai Temple built a temporary hospital for the wounded, and there was a Henan Opera Troupe, which sang operas for the wounded and sick every day, enriching the cultural life. Then move to northern Shaanxi. Later, Taibai Temple became a primary school in the village. Later, Taibai Temple was demolished to build a grain depot, and the stone tablets in the temple were also used for other purposes. According to the old man's memory, "after the demolition of Taibai Temple, a lot of wood was pulled back to Meixian County. There is a door with Luban sculpture on it. After being demolished, it was soaked in "leafpool" for several months, showing the texture of wood. Later, I don't know where it is. It is speculated that it may have been burned by firewood during steelmaking. " Old people also explained the layout of childhood memories one by one. Someone next to him took out a 2-size drawing and identified the layout one by one, which was basically the same. The old man with the painting introduced the origin of the painting. The only drawing of Zhang Zhengui was drawn by an old man in his 90s. The old man lived in Taibai Temple when he was six years old. Now he is paralyzed and can't take care of himself. He only hopes to go back to Taibai Temple in Qing Dynasty to see it again in his lifetime. So the old man's son took him back to Taibai Temple, but the original appearance no longer exists, so he made the layout of this Taibai Temple according to his memory.

1In May, 983, Zhang Zifen, a librarian of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Literature and History and former chairman of the temporary Senate of Yan County, visited Qingyi. Zeng Liumo sighed and said, "Yinmahe Canal is a bridge, and two stone tablets are across the wavelet. The Qianlong throne is not expensive enough, but there are not many iron-painted silver hooks. " After seeing this poem, people preserved the Gan Long Yubi tablet built by the river. Build a small temple on the original site of Taibai Temple to protect the stone tablet. Because the trolleys used by people at that time were all iron wheels, the handwriting on the tablet surface was seriously damaged. Other monuments were burned, interrupted and built as bridges ... Now people can only see three or four monuments, some of which are illegible and embarrassing. In 20 17, Murakami organized the reconstruction of Taibai Temple and arranged the historical sites of Taibai Temple, forming the present scale. When Taibai Temple was opened, its history was presented to the world.

While listening to the old people telling the story of Taibai Temple, I was filled with emotion. I thought history was far away from us, but those stone carvings, those stories and that land were full of history, so thick! I am grateful for the land under my feet. How many touching stories are buried deep?

At this time, I was deeply impressed by Taibai Temple, Qingban and Taibai Mountain. A small village, a temple and a mountain are too small to be recognized on the map of China. I grew up near her, and I have never heard any secrets about them in the decades since I was born. In our parents' generation, or even beyond, we have never heard of the history of this village and this temple. What a pity! I listened to their stories as if I were listening to a distant legend. This village, this temple, like this Taibai Mountain, always maintains a posture: silence ... for thousands of years, silence for thousands of years ... but we children read her vicissitudes and unforgettable taste from her tile, soil and drop of water. At this time, a river full of tears quietly flows down from Taibai Mountain, through Qingling, Taibai Temple and my heart. I have melted this tile, this pile of soil and this drop of water, and the river is still flowing quietly.

When I left, I faced Taibai Mountain and Taibai Temple, folded my hands tightly, closed my eyes slightly, nodded silently, and was as devout as a believer. I have never been so pious to a mountain, a village or a temple, because every broken monument falls on my soft heart. I have never had such a clear understanding of a history, because the vicissitudes of Chinese civilization are engraved in the dust of this history; I have never been so awed by a person's hometown, because every inch of land under my feet has been deeply questioned. I heard her telling a story that lasted for thousands of years.
