Can be deleted. First, open the Netease Cloud Music APP on the mobile phone desktop and log in to your personal account. After entering the homepage of Netease Cloud Music, click the "≦" icon in the top left corner. Then in the page that pops up on the left, click the "Message Center" option above. After entering my message page, you can see the records of private message conversations and private chats. Long press the private message bar to clear the message records.
