From 1998, I began to participate in education, from darkroom and earthen platform to today's all-in-one machine and teaching building. From the "three one projects" of a book, a piece of chalk and a mouth to today's multimedia audio-visual teaching. From reading only a few short articles to today's dazzling library and even electronic reading. As a rural teacher with 20 years' teaching experience, I have witnessed the earth-shaking changes of rural education in Heze in these 20 years.
Twenty years ago that August, I graduated from technical secondary school and was assigned to Li Primary School in Dusi Town, Mudan District. I took my childhood teacher dream to the podium and became a rural teacher. On the first day of registration, the campus in front of me really startled me: there is only one office in the school, and only the fifth-grade graduating class in the whole campus has classrooms, and the signs of "Population School" and "Family Planning Office" are hung above the door. The slogan "Let the red flag fly from generation to generation and focus on educating the next generation" faintly visible on the mottled back wall of the collapsed classroom is enough to show the ancient and long-standing nature of this house.
Go or stay? It made me hesitate when I first left school. But in the end, I took the broom and 22 children from the headmaster and led them to a private house a few hundred meters away from the school.
In the summer of 2009, in order to facilitate my daughter to go to school, I applied to transfer back to the former Li Primary School. The school has moved out. There are more than a dozen classes in the newly-built four-row classroom, and more than 400 students have been merged from Jinlou Primary School and Zhanglou Primary School. Instrument room, library, computer room and moral education room are all available. Although it is a cinder playground, it is more than enough to hold a sports meeting. Under the weeping willows next to the playground, there is a place for children to play, and in front of the table tennis table, there is a place for children to fight for after class.
In recent years, jobs have changed again and again, from ordinary teachers to young pioneers counselors, from vice principals to principals. The only constant is the happy country teacher. When children look at you with innocent eyes, the whole person will become warm. Looking back on the teaching world in the past 20 years, although there are countless ups and downs, the gains are more from the happiness, innocence and innocence given by students.
From the dark room and earthen platform when I was a teacher to the three-story high-rise building now; From the "three one projects" when I first became a teacher (a book, a mouth and a piece of chalk) to the multimedia information teaching now; From no playground, to mud playground, and now to standardized playground; From the initial shortage of teachers, all schools are now equipped with full-time teachers in English, information technology, music, sports and beauty; Up to now, from the rotation of Chinese and mathematics, each school has more than ten colorful school courses. Ordinary rural primary schools also have choirs, table tennis teams and campus art festivals ... Over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to witness the development and changes of rural education. As a rural teacher, I silently contribute in the garden of love, and I have no regrets if I work hard, because we are watching the tomorrow of our motherland.
There used to be only a dilapidated teaching building in Zhutun Primary School, and there was not even a decent "dirt playground". Parents have great opinions and teachers have no enthusiasm, which once troubled the development of the school. Dusi Town Central School actively sought funds from its superiors, built a new teaching building and standardized plastic runway for Zhutun Primary School, and invested 800,000 yuan to redecorate the old teaching building, replace new doors and windows, and decorate the library, reading room and recreation room.
The new education experiment is carried out in primary and secondary schools in Mudan District, so that everyone involved in the whole process of education can live a happy and complete educational life, which is the ultimate goal of the new education.
A century-long plan, education-oriented. Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, and the fundamental way to improve national quality and promote people's all-round development.
