What is the story of fighting in Qin opera palace?
The story of "Fighting in the Palace" in Shaanxi Opera mainly tells that during the Shang Dynasty, Zhou Wang was heartless, partial to da ji, hurting loyalty and killing innocent people, and ministers Mei Bo and Du Hui rushed into the palace to remonstrate. The beheading of Du Hui and the burning of Mei Bo with a pillar of fire were designed by da ji He, who framed Jiang for stabbing him to death and gouged out his eyes to put out the fire and kill him, showing the selfless spirit of Mei Bo, Du Hui and others who died for their country.

This drama is a large-scale traditional historical drama of Shaanxi opera, but it is on the verge of being lost in many places because of its high demand for lineup and difficult performance. This theater mobilization took only 20 days to complete the play. Great efforts have been made from directors to actors. Pan, for example, said that there will be "pillar of fire", "firefight" and other Shaanxi opera stunts in the play. Putting the ancient punishment on the stage is a great test of the actors' performance skills and has become a highlight of the whole drama.

Extended data

As a local culture, Shaanxi Opera is characterized by its so-called singing based on Shaanxi Guanzhong dialect, and at the same time, it incorporates some poems, words and songs in China during the Han and Tang Dynasties. The combination of these linguistic features and musical features forms the unique style of Shaanxi Opera, namely, high-pitched and passionate tone, stiff voice, tough and firm timbre and so on.

The language rhythm of Qin opera lyrics is also very rich. The structure of lyrics is eternal, and the sentences of lyrics are long or short according to the needs of expressing ideological content, but the sentence patterns can basically be summarized as cross sentences, seven sentences, five sentences and prose sentences. There are cross sentences and seven sentences commonly used, that is, the words in the whole drama are arranged neatly like a Kubinashi rhyme poem.
