First of all, most western and Japanese scholars think that the history of China is only over 3,700 years. So what makes them think that China is only 3700 years old?
That's because official history has three important judgment bases, one is systematic writing, the other is the establishment of cities, and the third is complex etiquette and buildings with religious and political significance. With these, it means the formation of hierarchical organization and the establishment of social division of labor, representing the formation of human civilization.
So why didn't western countries recognize China's Xia Dynasty? This is because the Xia Dynasty in China only discovered the existence of cities in that era, and it has not yet been determined whether there were words and traditional utensils used at that time.
This led some people to think that the history of China's civilization is only 3,700 years, because cities were discovered in the Xia Dynasty, but no writing or utensils were found.
In fact, we found characters in summer cities, which are basically similar to the hieroglyphics in the early West, except that Westerners think that China has no history of 5000 years, and the characters found in China are not characters. This is indeed a general view.
Although a written word has just begun to develop, it is not mature yet, but it cannot be said that it is not a word, can it? So I think that they think that the history of China is only over 3,700 years, which is very imprecise. It can even be said that they are deceiving themselves.
In addition, there is a special view of China, that is, starting from the establishment of the Xia Dynasty, which is about 4 100.
But according to us, if we really calculate the origin of history, I think history should start with historical records, so how long is the so-called western history now? I think it's less than 2000.
