Processing scope of card withdrawal: card withdrawal business is limited to savings cards, and other types of cards do not handle this business.
Card withdrawal processing mode:
1. If the balance of the savings card exceeds RMB 100 (inclusive), a handling fee of 10% of the balance will be charged.
2. If the data in the card can be verified on the spot, the balance can be refunded; If the data in the card cannot be verified on site, further testing is needed. After 7 working days, please receive the card refund with the receipt.
3. No one damaged the ticket card, and the deposit of 30 yuan was fully refunded and the ticket card was recovered.
4. If the ticket card is damaged artificially, a fee of 15 yuan will be charged, and the ticket card will be recovered.
(Ticket card damage standard: the card surface has creases, concave-convex marks, scratches, distortion, smearing, punching, corrosion or being soaked in any liquid, resulting in ticket card damage, etc. ; The whole card has defects such as missing edges, missing corners, cracks, missing chips and chip fragments. )
Note: the ticket card can only be returned at one time, and the deposit and balance cannot be returned separately. The returned ticket card can't be used any more. counseling
1. If the ticket card is readable, the balance in the card and the recent 12 transaction records can be queried immediately.
2. List printing: You can inquire and print the historical transaction records of the ticket card in the past 30 days for free.
Note: If the ticket card of "Yangchengtong" is lost, it will not be reported or reissued. Please take good care of it.
Fault card processing mode:
1, change card:
Processing scope: deposit cards and non-deposit cards (except co-branded cards, different-shaped cards and membership cards) that have not exceeded the shelf life (one year).
(1) If the card is not damaged artificially, the faulty deposit card can be replaced with a normal deposit card for free; Non-deposit cards within the replacement range can be replaced for free with non-deposit cards with the layout specified for our company (only once). Recovery of the original fault card.
(2) Man-made damage to the card (refer to the card damage standard in the card return business): cost 15 yuan, replace the faulty deposit card with a normal deposit card, and recover the original faulty card; Non-stored value cards cannot be replaced, and the balance in the card can be transferred to other Yangcheng Pass cards, and the failed card cannot be recovered.
2. Balance transfer processing:
Processing scope: stored value cards and non-stored value cards (except co-branded cards and membership cards)
(1) If the balance in the card can be read, transfer the balance in the failed card to the replacement card or the customer's own Yangchengtong card on the spot.
(2) If the balance in the card cannot be read, it needs to be further checked and verified. After 7 working days, the customer will take the card with registered balance transfer to the automatic recharge machine to recharge the balance of the original faulty card.
(3) The number of rides/subways in the current month will be transferred to the replacement card or the customer's own Yangchengtong card on the spot according to the records of Yangchengtong system on that day.
Note: Yangchengtong tablets with faulty card business can no longer be used.
(1) You need to go to Yangchengtong Customer Service Center for on-site handling.
(2) Yangchengtong Customer Service Center can help you change your card on the spot. Our background system will verify the balance of the original fault card. After seven working days, it will be transferred to your replacement card account through Yangchengtong automatic recharge equipment. You just need to hold the replacement card at that time and press the "recharge" button to recharge it.
(3) Because the credit card consumption of Yangchengtong is offline, unlike the online transaction of bank credit cards, the consumption data and balance cannot be transmitted in real time, so the consumption data must be collected, cleared and verified by the system before the balance in the card can be determined, and the general cycle takes 7 working days.
2. What should I do if I want to return my card? You can take Yangchengtong to the customer service center to return the card. We will help you check whether your Yangcheng Pass card can be returned. If the card can be returned and the balance in the card is detected on the spot, the cash can be refunded to you immediately. If the balance in your card cannot be detected on site, you need to go to the customer service center to get the refund amount after seven working days.
