1. Organization and coordination: After receiving the power of attorney from the land-using unit, the qualified land survey and demarcation unit shall arrange personnel who are familiar with land management knowledge and laws and regulations for preliminary coordination. The coordination work includes consulting with land units and relevant land administrative departments on the specific time of land survey and demarcation, understanding the ownership status within the scope of land use, and collecting relevant information. In addition, land and resources management departments at all levels should strengthen the management of land survey and demarcation of construction projects, closely cooperate with and coordinate the relationship between relevant departments, and organize work teams. According to the working procedures of land survey and demarcation, survey and demarcation can be divided into three main stages: field investigation, field measurement and indoor sorting and summarizing, and a field investigation team can be established.
2. Set up a field investigation team: It is very important to collect data in the early stage of land investigation and demarcation, and the completeness of the data is directly related to the progress of the follow-up work. Data preparation includes collecting relevant policy documents, land use approval documents, relevant maps, relevant ownership certificates and control point results, sorting out and analyzing the collected data, and completing the demarcation map.
