In April 2003, seven villages in Xiyang Town, Lianbin Township and Shanshan Town, Louxing District, and two communities in Huashan Street and Huangnitang Street were entrusted to the Municipal Economic and Technological Development Zone for management. The scope of this adjustment is as follows: Xiyang Town, three villages of Xianrenqiao, Fu Min and Maotang in Lianbin Township, four villages of Gaoche, Taibao, Clarification and Jiulun in Shanshan Town, Shinan Community in Huashan Street and Xianrenge Community in Huangnitang Street are all included in the Development Zone, and entrusted to the Party Committee and Management Committee of the Development Zone for unified management.
