How does a printer delete print records?
1. First, open the advanced options in the printer properties, click the Add button in the audit, add the objects to be viewed, and enter mmc in Run.

2. Secondly, under the menu of the console, select Add Delete Group Policy in the snap-in, click Enter Local Group Policy option, then click Enter Computer Configuration option, click Enter Local Policy option, click Enter Audit Policy option, and finally click Enter Audit Object Access option to access the successful or failed objects.

3. After completing the above steps, you can view and delete the printer history in the Event Viewer.
