Bashu School was founded in 1933 by Wang Zuxu, the former chairman of Sichuan Province of the National Government. It is located in Zhangjia Garden beside Jialing River. It was originally a well-known private school integrating kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and senior high school. At the beginning of the school, Jiangsu educator Zhou was personally recommended by Huang Yanpei as the first principal, and Kang Xinru, He Lu and others served as school directors, thus establishing a "fair and decent" school motto.

1950 After the liberation of New China, it was taken over by the Southwest Military and Political Committee and became the school for the children of cadres of the Southwest Bureau. Comrade Deng Xiaoping personally instructed that "business as usual, only good things can be done, not bad things". The southwest area was revoked 1954, and the school was directly under the jurisdiction of Chongqing Education Bureau. 1in August, 955, Bashu school was divided into three parts, and the middle school department was changed to Chongqing No.41middle school. 199 1 renamed Chongqing Bashu Middle School.
