Measures for arrears beyond the limitation of action are as follows:

1. Reconciliation method: specify the time and amount of loan or debt, and then submit it to the debtor for signature or seal confirmation;

2. Renew the original IOU or IOU and submit it to the debtor for signature or seal confirmation;
