Xiyang County is an administrative county located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, China. Xiyang County is located in the eastern middle of Shanxi Province, at the west foot of Taihang Mountain, bordering Zanhuang County, Neiqiu County, Jingxing County and Xingtai City in Hebei Province, Shouyang County in the west, heshun county in the south and Pingding County in the north.

Xiyang county, known as Leping in ancient times, has a long history, rich cultural background and local characteristics, with a total area of about 1952 square kilometers.
