Hou Jing Burton, a Liu Hulan-style heroine, is located in the north of Lai 'an County. In the 1940s, she was once an important town in the anti-Japanese base area in the east of Jinpu Road in Huainan. During the hard years in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Liu Hulan-style heroine Hou Jingbo devoted her youth and blood to this hot land.

After the founding of New China, the local government named the place where the hero died as "Jingbo Agricultural Cooperative" in memory of Hou Jingbo. In the future, the primary schools, production teams and villages here were also named "Jingbo" to show the eternal memory of this Liu Hulan-style heroine. 1in July, 962, the Laian county government moved and buried the remains of Hou Jingbo's martyrs in the Banta Martyrs Cemetery.

Later, it was renamed Jingbo Village.
