Article 1 The name of the association is Shandong Artists Association (Shandong Artists Association for short). Shandong Artists Association is an academic people's organization that organizes artists from all over the province to create and study art under the leadership of China Producer Party, and it is the party and the government that contact artists.

Article 2 This Association is a group member of Shandong Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China Artists Association. Working under the direct leadership of Shandong Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the guidance of China Artists Association shoulders the mission of developing Shandong fine arts.

Article 3 This Association shall abide by the Constitution and laws and actively carry out its work according to its own characteristics.

Article 4 Guided by Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, the Association adheres to the Party's basic line, the direction of "serving the people and socialism" and the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", fully follows the artistic law of artistic creation, promotes artistic democracy, actively encourages the free development of various forms, styles and schools of painting, and unites artists in our province to strive for development and prosperity.

Article 5 The Association actively adopts various flexible and effective ways to encourage and help its members to go deep into life, collect artistic styles, and strive to embody the spirit of the times in their creations; Call on painters to dedicate their art and love to the people. Strive for more and better works to come out and provide rich and colorful spiritual food for the people; Training activities of various levels and contents are often held in artistic theory and creative practice to provide professional guidance for members. And through exhibitions, awards, publishing, distribution, broadcasting and other activities, outstanding works of art and talents are given spiritual and material rewards.

Article 6 The Association actively organizes art theorists and art critics to hold art seminars in different ways, so as to guide artists to further emancipate their minds, update their concepts, understand the state and theoretical information of art at home and abroad, and constantly push Shandong art to a higher academic level and participate in the diversified construction of national art development. Follow the laws of art, give full play to the wisdom of academic experts, establish and improve the art committee of Shandong Artists Association and various painting art committees, so as to exchange needed goods and prosper Shandong's artistic creation.

Article 7 The Association will strengthen its ties with television, radio, publishing, newspapers and other departments in provinces and cities, and constantly publicize and expand the artistic practice activities and professional creation achievements of artists in our province. The association actively exchanges work experience with artists associations in various provinces and cities, and conducts academic exchanges through art exhibitions. In addition to Shandong Artists Newsletter, we should establish internal art periodicals and cooperate with other units to establish academic newspapers and periodicals, exchange academic information among members in a timely manner, reflect the artistic creation and theoretical trends of the whole province and the whole country, introduce new works by newcomers, and develop Shandong fine arts.

Article 8 The Association actively contacts artists from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas (especially Shandong) to carry out artistic exchanges with artists from all over the world, enhance friendship, broaden horizons and safeguard peace.

Article 9 Make extensive contacts with people of insight and organizations that love and care about the cause of fine arts, and strive for the support of all sectors of society for the cause of fine arts. Develop cultural industries according to national policies.

Article 10 Shandong Artists Association implements a group membership system and an individual membership system.

The municipal government and local artists association are group members of Shandong Artists Association. Artists' Associations affiliated to large-scale enterprises' Federation of Literary and Art Circles and artists' associations affiliated to provincial industries agree to the articles of association of Shandong Artists' Association, apply, and become group members with the approval of the presidium of the Provincial Artists' Association. Provincial members of China People's Liberation Army collectively participate in the activities of the Provincial Artists Association, which can be regarded as group members. The Provincial Artists Association has the responsibility to guide, coordinate and serve the members of the group, and the members of the group have the obligation to closely cooperate with the Provincial Artists Association to carry out various work. Anyone who agrees to the articles of association, has China citizenship and meets one of the following conditions may apply to join the association.

1. My artistic works or theoretical works, after exhibition, publication and distribution, have a high ideological and academic level;

2. My artistic works have participated in more than one large-scale art exhibition organized by China Artists Association and three comprehensive art exhibitions organized by the association;

3. He has made great achievements in art organization, art education, art theory research, Art editor, arts and crafts, and architectural art.

Article 11 An applicant can become a member of the association after being nominated and recommended by the municipal and local artists' associations, filling in an application for membership and being approved by the presidium of the association. Under special circumstances, the association can also be directly accepted as a member.

Article 12 Members of the Association have the obligation to abide by the articles of association, obey the resolutions of the Association, participate in various activities of the Association, pay membership fees and submit works (copies) for the record; Have the right to vote, to be elected and to recall; Have the right to criticize the association and enjoy the study, inspection, visit and in-depth life organized by the association.

Thirteenth members of the association have the freedom to withdraw from the association. According to the working characteristics of Artists Association in the new period, in order to facilitate the collection and more effective use of membership fees, it is decided to pay membership fees every five years (see the membership fee payment rules for details). Anyone who fails to pay membership fees for a long time, leaves the art world, loses contact for a long time without any reason, does not abide by the articles of association of the association, and does not obey the normal management personnel is regarded as automatically quitting the association. The list of people who withdrew from the meeting was published in this magazine after consultation with the art leaders of the league associations or units to which the members belong. If you want to resume your membership, you must resubmit your application.

Fourteenth members of this association have the right to ask this association to protect their legitimate rights and interests and labor achievements when they are infringed.

Article 15 If a member of this Association seriously violates the articles of association or commits a criminal act and loses his citizenship, his membership shall be revoked with the approval of the presidium.

Article 16 The organizing principle of Shandong Artists Association is democratic centralism. The highest authority of the association is the member congress.

Its functions and powers are: to decide the working principles and tasks of Shandong Artists Association; Review the work report; Formulate and revise the articles of association of Shandong Artists Association;

Elect leading bodies; Decide on other major matters.

Article 17. Candidates for deputies to the congress are elected by members of various organizations and units or through democratic consultation, and are specially invited by Shandong Artists Association.

Article 18 The Council shall be elected by the member congresses from among the representatives. After the candidates for the members of the Council are selected according to the agreed quota, they shall be nominated by the member units of various organizations. Each group member determines a person who is responsible for the daily meeting work as a director candidate representing the group member units. On behalf of the director of the team member unit, after the change of work, the original team member unit will recommend the replacement candidate separately and report to the presidium for confirmation.

Article 19 The general meeting of members shall be held every five years and shall be convened by the board of directors. If necessary, the presidium shall decide to convene the meeting in advance or postpone it.

Article 20 The Council shall be convened once a year and shall be convened by the presidium. If necessary, the presidium shall decide to convene the meeting in advance or postpone it.

Article 21 When the Congress is not in session, the Council shall exercise the functions and powers of the Congress. When the Council is not in session, the presidium shall be the permanent leading body. There is an office under the Presidium, and the Chairman, the Vice Chairman of the Council or the Secretary-General is responsible for handling the daily work.

Article 22 According to the working characteristics and actual needs of the Association, the Association shall have a number of honorary chairmen and consultants. The honorary chairman and consultant are appointed by the presidium and no longer serve as directors of Shandong Artists Association.

Article 23 The presidium consists of the chairman, vice-chairmen, members and the Secretary-General. The presidium is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the member congresses and the Council. The meeting of the presidium shall be convened by the chairman or the permanent vice-chairman according to the needs of the work.

Economic expenses

Twenty-fourth sources of funds and business expenses of the Association:

1, government funding;

2. Membership fee;

3. Income of economic entities founded by this Association;

Article 25 The English name of Shandong Artists Association is Shandong Artists Association, and its meeting place is located in Jinan.

Article 26 The Articles of Association shall come into effect as of the date of adoption by the general meeting of members, and the right of amendment belongs to the general meeting of members. The right of interpretation belongs to the presidium of Shandong Artists Association.
