In order to ensure the safe, smooth and orderly road traffic in the main urban area of our city and alleviate the road traffic congestion, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, traffic restriction measures are taken for trucks and other related vehicles driving in the main urban area of our city.

Hegang-Dalian Highway, referred to as "Heda Line" for short, is numbered G20 1 in China. It starts from Hegang, Heilongjiang and ends at Lushunkou District, Dalian, Liaoning, with a total length of 1964 km. This national highway runs through Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces.
