1981may, with the approval of the provincial planning commission, Shanxi Humic Acid Company was registered and put under the management of the provincial township bureau.

199 1 year 10 the provincial economic commission approved the renaming of Shanxi township coal transportation and marketing company.

In July 2000, it was placed under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Enterprise Working Committee.

From June 5438 to February 2000, the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission agreed to carry out enterprise restructuring.

In March 2002, the whole company was restructured into a limited liability company.

In July 2004, Shanxi Township Coal Transportation and Marketing Group was established and renamed as Shanxi Township Coal Transportation and Marketing Group Co., Ltd.

In August 2006, it was supervised by SASAC.

In June 2008, with the approval of SASAC, it was renamed as Shaanxi Guo Xin Energy Development Group Co., Ltd.
