Later, when a man named Li Gongzuo traveled to Wu Dong in ancient times, he got a book called Gu Du Yue Jing in a cave. In the eighth volume, it is recorded that when Dayu was in Tongbai Mountain, he met Wu, the "Huai vortex water god", who made waves and hindered water control, so Yu ordered people to lock Wu's neck with a big chain and put his nostrils in. And the wizard's prayer is "shaped like an ape, with a high nose and bald head, golden eyes and snow teeth, with a neck stretching hundreds of feet, nine elephants or more in strength, fighting and rushing, and flying", which is exactly the same as the monster Li Tang saw. In Song Dynasty, lee woon-jae copied the whole story in Taiping Guangji. In addition, Yao Zeng's Classic in the Song Dynasty, Tao's Record of Dropping out of Farming in the South Village in the Yuan Dynasty, Qian Jinqiu in the Qing Dynasty, Ruan Kuisheng's Tea Leisure Talk, Zhou Qingyuan's Two episodes of West Lake, Yuan Mei's Midday Rain, Zhao Jishi's Post in the Garden, and Xuandingxu's Record of Night Rain in Qiu Guang are all Lu Xun's viewpoints. Although this legend itself is nonsense, it does not affect the reference and play of fairy tale creation.
