Xinhuanet Hubei Channel, August 27th On August 25th, 2 1 female college students from 18 universities across the country volunteered to re-take the road of "Liu Deng's army marched thousands of miles into Dabie Mountain", relive the revolutionary history, spread patriotic support for the army and environmental protection feelings, and arrived in Macheng City, Dabie Mountain area on foot. During their stay in Macheng, despite the long journey and fatigue, female college students visited the "Monument to the Revolutionary Martyrs of the Jute Uprising in Hubei, Henan and Anhui" in Macheng Martyrs Cemetery, paid homage to Wang Shusheng General Cemetery, visited the surviving old Red Army and the old Eighth Route Army, and listened to their stories about Liu Deng's army marching into Dabie Mountain despite difficulties and obstacles.

It is understood that this event was jointly organized by CCTV, Hebei TV and Handan TV. In order to commemorate the 60th anniversary of "Liu Deng's army marched a thousand miles into Dabie Mountain" and relive the revolutionary journey of "marching a thousand miles into Dabie Mountain", these 2 1 female college student volunteers, confirmed by online public registration and written interview, set off from Handan, Hebei Province on July 26th, along the marching route of Liu Deng Army in that year, passed through Anhui, Lu Yu, and finally arrived in Macheng, Hubei Province, Dabie Mountain, with a journey of about 10.
