Xikou Town, belonging to Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta and at the foot of Siming Mountain. It is a pilot town of "Small City in Zhejiang Province" and "Satellite City in Ningbo City", a provincial-level central town in Zhejiang Province, and a key development area in Ningbo.
