The origin of the name of Youfang village
In the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), Li moved from Longxi, Sichuan to Chengnan Pass in Pingdu (north to Nanmenwai Street, now Jinan Road). West to Hu Jie Street, now Zhengzhou Road. East to the southeast corner of the southeast garden. South to Weishi Road, now Qingdao Road). According to the inscription of Chen's ancestral hall, Chen moved from Longxi, Sichuan to Xiguan, Pingdu in the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369), and then moved here to settle down and study his family business. Later, his surname moved in and gradually became a residential area. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1736 ~ 1795), residents opened oil mills 1, which was later increased to 13. There are many oil mills in an alley from Nanguan Street to Hujun City, hence the name Youfang Hutong. 1945, when the urban area is zoned, the Nanguan boundary ditch is taken as the boundary, and the west of the ditch is named Youfang Village.
