Dried seaweed mixed with celery
Ingredients: celery 250g, seaweed15g.
Seasoning: olive oil 20g salt and monosodium glutamate.
Production: ① Remove leaves and roots from celery, wash it, cut it into sections, blanch it in boiling water pot, and remove it with cold water. Soak dried seaweed in warm water and chop it.
